I took my niece here because she had a gift certificate and I figured I’d try them out myself. There were no customers when we entered so we were helped right away. My niece just wanted a full set while I wanted a pedicure and fill in on my nails. I gave only 3 stars because they didn’t have a clear list of pedicure choices and what each one offers. She told me to check the book and when I chose one she stated that they didn’t have that. Luz did my pedicure and she was gentle and attentive. Kevin did mine and my niece’s nails. This salon is the reason I no longer get my nails done . After being a faithful customer here for almost 3 years I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so wrongly as a paying customer. After my nail beds were cut to the point that they bled 3 different times on three different occasions back to back . I felt as though I was being attacked . This area is riddled with junkies. If I were to have gotten infected by anything I’d sue . I honestly wish there had been some kind of legal action I could take at that moment . I have reported this business to the BBB.
