Pizza Pleasers — Restaurant in Baltimore

I ordered the lasagne that came with a house salad, bread, and salad dressing. I was able to choose my dressing. They didn't send the salad then refused to send it when I called asking why it wasn't delivered. They told me they would not deliver my entire order. I know they don't care at all. That is aparent, but I'll never order from them again for having lousy customer service. No other company I've ever ordered delivery from wouldn't correct the error. Why even bother delivering the salad dressing without the salad? Lame. I truly hate paying for something I do not get by being hosed by a business. They called me to clarify where I live saying I've never ordered before. Wrong about that. I moved here this year and ordered 3x. Most recent 2 days ago. They could've told me they had an issue with my order at the time they called about my location. Then I could decide if I wanted only part of the...

While I’ll admit the food is somewhat delightful, the service and the establishment itself is downright awful. The only reason I order from here is this the only pizza spot in the area. The staff is atrocious; not preparing the food when you placed an order 30-40 minutes ago or even when you place it IN THE STORE ITSELF. The cook are busy distracted listening to Mexican music (no problem with that, but at least get people in and out), the cashier messes up people orders and worse of all, the food either be a hit or miss. I complained to the owner and manager on duty and they just ignored every complaint. Don’t believe me, come into the store yourself or place an order over the phone/internet. The reviews and costumer complaints speaks for itself.

We had called to see if they would deliver to our address as a new customer. They unfortunately did not, we wanted to try them because of all the good reviews.

They mislabeled my wifes cell no. to an order. The delivery driver later called to tell her "he was outside with our order". She tried to tell him that we didnt place an order because we were out of the deliver area and he then accosted her telling her we did order and he was outside waiting. She continued to tell him we didnt order and he called her 4 more times aggressively trying to get info from her until she finally had to yell at him that we didnt order.
