Was told I would need to print coupons in order to use at this location. However, the store would not honor my coupons despite the fact that their address, the date coupons were printed and an expiration date of 8/31/17 were all on the coupon. Management was HORRIBLE, ultimately I reached out to corporate...still waiting to hear back now. BTW, I had NO PROBLEM using just my phone to order from another location...no need to print coupons for the other store.
*Update * I went in person to speak with management, only after calling the posted number over a dozen times with no answer. The "general manager" by the name of Daniel happened to be working this evening. I find it difficult to believe that Daniel is a general manager as he was very rude and cut me off several times without allowing me to tell him why I was coming to speak with him. He also did not care about no one answering the phone, and said that because they're a franchise store, they did not have to accept my coupon and can basically do whatever they want. Daniel needs to realize that even if they are a franchise, Popeyes name is on the building and they are surely making the company looking very bad. Read moreWhat is up with these people asking you to constantly back up and come back up to the window when you're doing drive-through? I have never had this experience at any other drive-thru place. I actually got refused service, because they claim that if you don't do this they can't process your transaction. I suspect this is a lie. I know that some restaurants do this in order to make it look as if they're serving customers faster. Even if they're not lying about this, which I think they are, if the sensor is really that tricky, they need to get it fixed. Personally, I'm sick of this place. The food is good, but I'm sick of the shenanigans at the drive-thru. If there's really a problem, they need to get on the stick and fix it.
