I am very disappointed with Taco Bell. In order to automate everything you are missing on providing better service. I was driving through to go to Washington DC and stopped at the above listed taco bell and wasted 2 hours of my life. I placed an order around 8:15 For $40.58 at the kiosk. There were at least 20 people who placed an order after I did at the kiosk and got their order before I did, after waiting over 40 mins I ask one of the employees if my order was about ready. I was told that they had a long list of orders and couldn’t find the order I was talking about. After much searching, the employee in charge was able to provide me with the refund that I had been requesting for over 10 mins. The problem with visit was as follows: 1. The whole automation to kiosk losses the personal touch. 2. The employees were not organized at all. 3. There was no one there that took responsibility to even check what happened to our order because they were under staffed and over worked. 4. The employees that were rude rather than taking the responsibility for making the delay. 5. Rather than trying to fix the situation by offering to make the order (which was some how lost), made excuses. After this we had to find another place to eat which lead to another hour wasted.
Look I understand that you are under staffed and overworked but if you made a mistake than take the the responsibility, apologize and for god sake don’t be rude!...
Read moreTo start off, when we arrived and began to place our orders a delivery driver for Grubhub entered to pick up someone's order. He was told it had just popped up when he gave the customers name. When he asked about how long so he could update the customer 2-3 workers in the back began screaming at him saying "It just popped up" over and over while continuing to argue with him and not answer the simple question he asked. This occurred literally right in front of us while we were trying to order, I tried to just ignore it and place my order but had to repeat approximately 5 times. Eventually they screamed at the driver to just go and that they would report him when he literally did nothing wrong but ask how long the order would take to complete. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness, I guess the customer who he was picking up for got their order cancelled. Cashier was friendly and the food was of good quality other then the fact that the cheese on one of our quesadillas was not melted in the slightest. Only other comment is that another employee was mopping the floor literally under our feet while we were eating, literally came within inches of hitting us with the mop, not a big deal but something someone else may have made a scene about. Not the worst experience I've ever had with a fast food restaurant but left a sour taste in our mouths and I dont believe any of us will return to...

Every single time I've been there they try to rush you through the ordering process before you can even glance at the menu. Then when you get to the window, they take forever to acknowledge that you're there. Very keen to get your money, but then seem to be an eternity of waiting for your order. Oh, also, every single time I've ordered, something was incorrect with what I received. I put off doing anything the first four times, but just today my fiancé and I ordered two of the XL Chalupa boxes and said soft tacos instead of crunchy. When we received the receipt before taking our food my fiancé noticed it said crunchy. That already irritated me enough with the constant expectation of inadequacy from the staff. We brought it to their attention and we received our boxes and went to drive off when we opened them and saw what? Crunchy....tacos....are you serious? I sped around the corner into a parking space and told her to come in with me just in case it seemed like I was going to lose it. It took everything in my power not to explode in anger at the front counter due to the frustration of dealing with human beings who have such a lack of basic intelligence.
