American Indian Jewelry Store — Local services in Bandera

I really really do not want to leave a bad review. Honestly, it should be one star. The store itself is magnificent. There are tons of beautiful jewelry and you could find anything you want if you’re looking for native American made silver jewelry. I bought a ring, it was absolutely gorgeous. Spent approximately $500 on it. Had it less than 24 hours and the stone fell out. I contact the store thinking surely they would help me out with a replacement or a refund of some sort. I was told there are no refunds exchanges or returns allowed at the store. They did say however say you can send the ring back and they can “try” to find a similar stone. It may take months and at that I would have to pay for the new stone. I’m sorry, but when you have a ring less than 24 hours and this happens, the store should help out the customer. Obviously, there was some sort of a default with the ring. I have lots and lots of silver jewelry and have never lost a stone.I’m not trying to be rude, but the amount of money that I spent in that store you would think that they would help me out in some way. I bought more than just that one ring a lot more. I’m very disappointed. I travel to Texas about once a year and every year and I buy jewelry just for the simple fact that you cannot get Native American made silver jewelry in the state that I live. Worst ever ruined my entire day and spirit. Rude employee. I Accidently knocked over a fragile horse statue priced $57. Told the employee how sorry I was because I felt terrible and she said "you break it you buy it" "sorry I just work here" brought it up to the counter for me to pay for. Panicking because I'm from MN and here on vacation low on money, in tears I came up with the only cash I had and told her this is all I have. Was asked "don't you have a debit or credit card".... Nice jewelry and a fair price. My problem was I bought a necklace and earrings while on vacation in Texas. I told the lady that was at the register that I would be traveling so would like them packaged so that I could put them in my suitcase. Unbeknownst to me she removed all indication as to what Indian tribe made them. I know the earrings were Navajo but don't remember who made the necklace.
