My family and I went to our first pre release event there. We unfortunately could not stay for the entire tournament. We went to pick up our 3 participation packs at the counter and we were told we could not have them. Yet according to official pre release rules we should have because we checked in on time, we all played one game so there for we should have got our build and battle decks and 3 extra packs. All of these items are received in the shops pre release kit that they get from the Pokemon company. These events are strictly ran for a reason! Not to mention that is what we were told by staff at the beginning of the event. We asked multiple times and they still refused. My family has been collecting for over 13 years and recently we decided to all learn to play the game and this experience playing outside of the house was less than stellar. I have been to every other card shop in the Lehigh Valley and beyond and have never experienced a card shop not following the official rules. Even though I personally haven’t been playing long I’ve been collecting for over a decade. I’ve attended many events and never saw or heard of a shop keeping packs from kids or people in general. NOT COOL. I am writing this here in hopes of saving other people from getting scammed like we did. I have sent an email asking the Pokemon company to investigate this shop and hopefully give me a remedy to this...
