NEVER IN MY LIFE. I wish I could give this zero stars so so people understand how HORRIBLE their customer service is here. I called to place an order, as a loyal and amicable customer who tips very well, and as I went to place an order for delivery with one of the employees, the manager got on the phone and began to barrage me. He went on about how I was rude to his employees, because the last time I came here I called with a complaint. As a food service worker, usually you’d want to know when something’s wrong with the order, but obviously they don’t care very much about running a successful business. I’ve never had a problem paying extra, but if I pay extra I expect to be given exactly what I ordered, even without paying extra?? Like get my order right. It was a friendly and short lived phone call as well.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t the paying extra that was the problem. Over six years of living in this area & ordering here: I’ve had countless orders messed up, had employees call me because they wrote my card number down wrong, and I’ve maybe called twice to complain. Seeing as I am a generous tipper & a kind individual I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the way I got screamed at tonight for just trying to order, WITHOUT COMPLAINTS, due to a previous complaint. Maybe if the owner had better staff and less bitterness towards the public he would not have just lost one of his most frequent clientele.
