I was in the Bangor area and was hoping to find a Chinese take out restaurant. It was a cold night; I wanted to buy Won Ton soup. I found this small store front downtown and I pulled into the street-side parking spot. I entered and immediately encountered patrons spread out in that tiny space. There was no heat; it was very cold in there. Although I was among 5, I didn't wait long to order. I went with the large Won Ton and the smiling school girl was quick to fill up the quart size container. I was in and out within 5 minutes. In my whole life of eating Chinese (both in USA and Mainland China), this out-of-the-way restaurant had the BEST Won Ton soup I have ever eaten!!! It wasn't overwhelmingly salty; nor did it have a 'chemical' taste, as some do. The broth was Pure and the dumplings soft. When I'm in that area again, I will go around the block and out of my way to stop there...

Im not sure what changed recently, but our food tonight was not the same - the General Tso's chicken had WAY to much ginger (it overpowered every other flavor in the dish), and the fried dumplings are reminiscent of pre-packed frozen potstickers that I purchased recently at Sam's Club.
