The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because my ring is beautiful again. With that said communication is lacking hard with this shop. I brought my ring to Aaron's on Feb 14th because I lost my diamond out of my engagement ring. And I wanted a diamond previously put in by quality jewelers that wasn't of great quality replaced. I was given a estimated return date of March 1st. Sounded great. I hadn't heard anything, no quote, nothing by Feb 21st I called, no answer, left a message, on Feb 27th finally got a call and fed a bunch of excuses of she was vacation, Aaron and wife sick on vacation, they had to close the shop for half a week.... still hadn't looked at my ring. Finally got a quote on March 1st.(my original est return date) The replacement diamond finally came in for me to look at and approve on Wed the March 6th. I went in March 7th said yes. Then finally 5 weeks from the day I brought in Wed March 20th I got a call at 5:11pm saying my ring was ready. Obviously they close at 5pm so couldn't pick it up until March 21st. When I got my ring and was paying for it I did state that 5 weeks was a very long time to have to wait, and the response I got was "yeah I know, but it's beautiful again." Which it is I don't deny that but it was a little ridiculous not getting any kind of discount on the labor for the extremely long wait, since Aaron himself told me it only would take 7 to 10 days to fix.... also I got no kind of credit towards the ring for the diamond they replaced and kept. So in my mind $2140.00 and 5 weeks was ridiculous. So I will not be bringing my jewelry...

I recently worked with Designs by Aaron to create a custom ring for my 20th wedding anniversary, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. This ring holds so much meaning—it incorporates stones from my original engagement ring, a diamond band from another anniversary, and a solitaire diamond that once belonged to my great-grandmother.

From the very first conversation, Francis made me feel completely at ease. We exchanged what must have been 100 emails and several phone calls to perfect the design, and not once did she show frustration with my indecision or budget concerns. Her professionalism, patience, and expertise were so helpful along the way.

After trying out wax prototypes and reviewing virtual images, I finally gave the green light to a setting that felt truly one of a kind. Still, when the call came that my ring was ready, nerves kicked in—what if the final piece didn’t live up to my expectations?

When I went to pick it up, those worries disappeared instantly. The finished ring was even more beautiful than I had imagined. The craftsmanship is flawless, and the design captures everything I had hoped for.

My husband brought his grandmothers engagement ring to Designs by Aaron to see if it could be reset as an engagement ring for me. She was almost 100 when she passed years ago, so the ring was very old. The diamond was beautiful but needed a bit of cleaning and the basic gold setting was damaged due to age. They were beyond wonderful to work with. They helped find the perfect setting which was a set with matching band. They did such a beautiful job bringing the luster back into the stone and with the resetting giving it a gorgeous much needed upgrade. To say I am in love with these rings would be an absolute understatement. They are wonderful people that make the whole process easy and comfortable. They are very personable, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable with great quality and attention to detail and great sense of humor. Just the experience you would hope to get from a local business and why I will continue to go to them for all my jewelry needs.
