Worst haircut I’ve had in years! The girl cut my hair so BAD that when she was done the other stylist next to us said “Hold On” and then started cutting/fixing what she seen that the girl messed up and this went on for 5-10mins where she was blending the sides/top and so on then I asked if the girl if she could thin out my sideburns to match with my #2 sides so she did I get up and pay and leave well I get home and look closer and my fresh haircut only to see hunks left on the side sticking out and bunch of other hairs all over that were missed and I drive right back and go in and get that look of why are you back…… So I show them all the parts that were missed and they act like it was my fault saying “oh you want it shorter?” While I’m holding a huge hunk of hair that was missed and pointing to a large patch that wasn’t blended so the girl goes a chopping and says there you go…. Well I had to go out of town and at the hotel I look in the mirror and there’s still a hunk of long hair and a unblinded spot I had to try and thin out my sideburns because she left big long hairs throughout etc.. Then I look at my bangs and one side touches my eyebrows and other side is in middle of my forehead!!!!! I’m NOT a complainer at all I’ve had stylist have accidents like forgetting to put the guard on and so on BUT when you pay for a haircut and it has to be fixed twice after and needs fixed again that’s ridiculous… I’m afraid to go back and show them again.. By the time it gets all fixed I probably won’t have a hair on my head...

I will never go to this place again. I made an appointment online and got there about 5 min early and the woman was so rude to me. She said I was gonna have to wait 20 min and I said that was OK then she was like I don't even know why they let you make an appointment online because we close soon then said if I wanted a easy haircut she could do it. I told her I just wanted a trim with some layers and she started criticizing how I wanted my hair cut saying I just needed to use a curling iron and that she was all for lazy hair cuts but I didn't even need my hair cut. I was shocked. She was pretty much saying I was lazing. I havent had my hair trimmed in almost a year. then she started complaining about how they gave the manager position to someone else and she was quitting. She made me feel so unwanted. I just wanted a trim up. Very...

Overall I felt like I was super rushed. I was made you feel like online people were more important and that I had to wait in-between the online people.

Which is fine I have no problem with that. I truly enjoy getting out in the community. I just don't like the atmosphere of rushing.

Hair felt like it was getting ripped down the front with dry hair and brow waxing was left on my face, which made my bangs to stick to my face.

She asked If I wanted aloe two which I said yes and she rubbed it on with her finger!!! ( which was still sticky btw) Then said I was all done. I don't feel like my $55 was appreciated.

She was literally the only working doing everything.
