I wont delete my first post underneath but I will say maybe that day was a bad day who knows. But the store manager Joseph, is by far one of the best managers I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with there. Offered to replace the parts of my order that were cold, so almost all of it. The man gets things done, definately knows what hes doing and the replacement he had them give me is by far the best I've ever had from them, which my orders usually arent bad. So one bad experience out of the multiple I've ate there, and the manager was quick to correct it and apologize and made my order even better than before, definitely know why they made him a manager. So, I order 2 pizzas, one sausage one pepperoni, an order of garlic parmesan wings and a thing of cheesy bread. $22.98. He let's me know itll be a 5 min wait for cheesy bread. Ok, so I wait. Woman comes to the window and stares at me, roll mine down she says can I help you, i said just waiting on my order, she says oh you ordered and slams the window and walks away...ok. so then I get my food. I can feel how hot the cheesy bread is, that was the best cheesy bread I've ever had from there. In contrast the cheesy bread was as hot as the rest of the food was cold. Both of pizzas, overcooked and cold. Wing, pretty sure they were redipped in garlic parmesan because I can definately taste the buffalo on them that they were probably originally in, and they were also cold. I mean really though. I dont generally complain but it was just stupid to have to wait for one hot thing to get 3...
Read moreI haven't had a problem with the food the couple of times I've ordered recently. HOWEVER - I need to speak on behalf of my boyfriend who recently tried to become employed with this location, because the situation is warranted.
Indeed has it posted between $11-12 starting pay for the company overall. When he went in to put his information in, the ASM put him in at under that. Two days for training. No available shirts (because the ASM has literally used them all over time), and she was extremely rude every time he had genuine and general questions.
She took his name and information down incorrectly, so he's had to constantly call down or show up to fix it. He has NOT spoken to the store manager herself at all since the hiring process started, not even sure if he has seen her in the store.
The staff are constantly calling off, according to their own word of mouth, but yet someone who actually wants and needs a job, who is willing to put in work on behalf of not just the business, but the customers who have had complaints, not being taken seriously, is appalling.
Between the tactics, the absolute fumbling of information, and the dismissive/disrespectful attitudes of the management staff, it's amazing how a place like this stays in business. Barberton already has a reputation for losing places, and the way things are run, it won't be long before the...
Read moreExtremely poor customer service at the Barberton location on Friday Sept. 3 2021. Waited in line at the drive thur for 37 min. 4 cars were ahead of me. "No one pulled up" There were 4-5 cars behind me. Finally when it became my turn ask what they had "Hot and Ready" they said nothing... Ordered a "Bestest" pizza. The so called Asst manager (Kamin) or something like that, he didn't want to give his name. Told me to pull up an then get back in line to get it... Ask him why no one else was ask to pull up. He ignored me... Knew no one belind me was going to be ask to pull forward because there is no place to pull up and wait at that location. He said he wasn't Going to make my order.Besides all of that phone number was working either to place an order. The young girl working the window was extremely considerate, (Mykaley) those are the kind of people you should have managing the shop. she even told him the so called Asst. Manager to calm it down some. Went to the East Ave. Location, They had everything Hot and Ready. And they were very kind and friendly. It's a shame to go somewhere and get treated so disrespectful. Barberton location will never see a...
