Hibachi King — Restaurant in Barberton

I came to visit a friend from out of town. Seen this is new and highly rated since I'm not from around the area. I love to adventure with food so new places especially small business are my favorite places to stop. Got one order of chicken and rice with broccoli and another order of chicken but with the side of noodles.the chicken was cut and cooked fresh. As I came in to make an order I could see them chopping up fresh meat in the back. The crab Rangoons were amazing 👏 highly recommend those super crunchy and creamy and stuffed with crab. Got yum yum sauce and teriyaki. Both homemade and very well done and flavorful. The teriyaki being not too sweet and very savory and flavorful. The yum yum sauce starts sweet and ends with a delicious oniony tone. The rice was fresh fried to perfection and deliciously flavored with a garlicky tone. The noodles are also fresh and deliciously flavored. The brocoli had the perfect amount of sauce and was not over or undercooked like most places I go seem to do. The chicken meat you can tell us fresh not frozen. I wish I lived closer so I could eat here more. The price isn't super budget, but you get what you pay for. Big portions of FRESH INGREDIENTS. I don't have anything this good around me in the Asian food setting. 10 out of 10 would recommend to any local pondering on...

So I ordered the first time and it was absolutely amazing food! My kids loved it and so did my hubby and I ! Next time I ordered it was too salty and not the same experience. I reached out to the owner and he was very kind and humble and told me that they would make it right and that they were trying to find the right balance between too much teriyaki and not enough. He said he would make it right if I reordered. He kept good on his word and asked me to order light teriyaki next time. I just ordered it on the side. My hubby picked it up and it is delicious like the first time. I am very impressed and thankful for the ownership here as we live close and I will be ordering a lot more in the future...

Hibachi King is a welcome addition to the Barberton area. My wife and I ordered dinner for ourselves on their second day being open.

Everything was top notch. Food quality is amazing. Unlike most places that serve you cold food on busy nights, everything was hot and freshly cooked when I picked up my order (quoted 45 minutes for pick up time and only had to wait for my order to be bagged when I arrived). Portion sizes are great. We both had enough left to have another meal the next day, and the leftovers were delicious as well!

Highly recommend Hibachi King! I will be ordering here...
