As a first-time customer, I wasn't sure what I was walking into. I had no idea what they sold, but I was curious.
Turns out their product is tea, specifically iced, flavored tea with nutritional supplements from Herbalife.
Among the energy-boosting ingredients added to the green and oolong tea are caffeine & ginseng. Teas are sweetened with Stevia.
As a newby, the menu was lacking in information. There were probably a hundred selections, but I had no idea that they were tea until the lady behind the counter told me. There was no information on sizes or prices displayed on the menu board or the laminate menus on the counter.
The music was so loud that I couldn't make out all of what the workers were trying to tell me about the ingredients and I didn't want to shout or be shouted at. The speaker was in the front of the store and it drowned out our conversation at the counter in the back of the store. I could see why no one stayed inside with their drinks after ordering.
I finally noticed a small section to the right of the menu board that listed some components of the teas, which was helpful. Nothing about sizes or prices.
I ordered a Bahama Mama tea...Pina Colada, Orange Pineapple, which I liked. The teas are not brewed. They are a powder mix that is combined with water then nugget size ice is added. I liked the flavor, but it was strong. I ended up transferring it to another cup when I got home and adding about a cup of water. The tea tastes more like a flavor enhancer packet one adds to bottled water than it does tea.
Apparently there is one XL size drink. I don't know if all the teas are priced the same, mine was $9. There are beauty teas that include collagen, meal replacement drinks, a few coffee drinks, and a drinks for kids that come in smaller cups.
Pros: Large selection - there are over 100 drinks on the menu. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ingredients from a reputable nutrition supplement company.
Cons: I feel that $9 is expense for a large flavored tea. I'm sure they would argue the quality and benefits of the ingredients are justification for the pricing. No pricing or sizes on printed menu or menu board. Lack of information provided to customers about ingredients, especially for a store with "nutrition" in the name. The atmosphere is not conducive to sitting with friends and chatting or just relaxing and sipping.
Overall: I'll go back and try more menu items, specifically the meal replacement drinks and coffee. This local business has great potential and I recommend trying it if you haven't.

Read moreHands down the best place to get Loaded teas and nutrition shakes in Memphis. Always clean, friendly staff (always professional), and quality products. They make all of their drinks with care properly mixing and layering different flavors. Most of them just dump everything in a cup and shake it a few time and hand it to you. Not this place. I will drive past 4 different nutrition spots just to go here and they never let me down.
Also If they don’t have what you like on the menu, ask them the flavors you like and if they have it...
