Had a major medical issue and had to get my prescription filled. Hospital called it in at 430, my wife arrived at 555 to pick it up only to be told it would be tomorrow before it could be filled. My wife returned the next day when they opened only to find the employees sauntering in about 5 minutes AFTER the opening time and was told it would be an hour before it would be filled. They asked my wife to return later and she stated she would wait until they got it filled and would not leave. They sent the Assistant Manager out to ask my wife to move along after 25 minutes only to be told it would be another hour before it would be filled so now we have gone from 1 hour to 1.5 hours. The manager tried to lay out some lame excuse that it takes 15 minutes to fill one perscription. That's means in an 8 hour period they can only fill 32 prescriptions, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Considering they close immediately at 6 and open 5 minutes late everyday small wonder they are so slow. If you need a life saving prescription go to Wal Greens, as this Kroger location has slid backwards to the point that it appears only to employ the lazy or the...
Read moreSo I was there 9-7-23 approximately 8pm and when I went to the self checkout area, 4 different staff members just stood there staring at me as if I didn't belong there. They stood there and watched me struggle with ringing up one of items, because the scanner was acting funny. Finally, someone came over and helped me. Even after I paid, they all still stood there pretending like they weren't watching. They're a bunch of bad actors. Then I approached one of them to ask a question and she hesitated to acknowledge me and then in a very low unpleasant tone uttered yes and refused to make eye contact with me, dismissive of me. If you roll back the cameras you'll see. If you treat people like there is something wrong with them, it inspires them not to return. If you treat people like they're young and black, it hurts their feelings. I didn't do anything wrong, they just were very...
Read moreThe produce manager and female employee who has on sparkly boots were awesome and my cashier were very helpful and provided great customer service, BUT it gets one star because of the bathrooms. There was absolutely no paper towel or toilet paper and the floor was flooded with water and no wet floor sign. If they were in process of cleaning they should have closed the bathroom off and even if, flooding the floor is not the way to clean it, no drain or if there was it was not draining. Another women in the restroom was also angry because this happens all the time there in the bathroom. Someone could get hurt walking through the door and slipping into the flood of water on the floor. I will not return to...
