The first stall we pulled in had a hand written Cash Only sign. We waited about 10 mins before I noticed other people pulling in and receiving orders right away, I pulled into another stall one over. I was able to order right away. I ordered a small shake with the chocolate m&ms. I actually read the sign as it's written on the marquee. The hostess brought a chocolate shake with m&ms and I explained I didn't order chocolate. She, then, took my cash and began to walk away. I asked her for my change, she asked, oh you want your change now. I looked at her strangely and said yes please. My order was $4.05, I gave her a $20 dollar bill and a nickel. She handed me $15 and begin to walk away, I said excuse me, I am short. She said, oh yeah I owe you .95 cent. I said no. She said I gave you $15. I said, I understand but I gave you $20.05. She said, yes and I owe you .95 cent. I again said, no, my order was $20.05 and I gave you $4.05. She was still confused and just handed me $1.00 and looked at me questionly, I said thank you. After a few more minutes a young man brought the correct order and the receipt. I looked down and noticed I was charged extra for the chocolate I didn't order. I explained I was charged extra, he stated you didn't receive your shake. I said yes, it was wrong and corrected however I was overcharged. He then left and a young woman returned with much attitude and provided the change. At this point, I do not believe attention to detail and good customer service is a hard ask. Will not return to...

So glad she checked her order as she looked to check the lemonade it was something floating at the top of it. she opened it up and found out it was spoiled . Before she could even get the lid opened good the spoiled smell hit her nose. She returned it and asked for a sprite as she had the guy who came to the car smell it too and indeed he acknowledged it was spoiled. NEVER in my six decades here on earth have I ever been served spoiled lemonade. You know how trifling that is to serve a customer let alone not keeping machines cleaned. My daughter is better than me because I definitely wouldn’t have asked for anything else out of that establishment to eat or drink. Lo and below to make matters worse, she gets home and her chili hotdog was burned on the bottom. I’ve lived over here more than six years and I have yet to get a good meal from this place. The order total was $13.00 and for what? It was barely any chilli on the fries or hot dog to say the least. Read moreThe experience I just had at the Sonic on Hwy 70 was honestly awful. Placed an app order at 8:18 PM, got there at 8:24 PM, checked in — and waited over hour and a half. I get that they were busy, but when people who showed up 10 minutes ago were getting their food while I’d been waiting over an hour, that’s when it became a problem. Tried flagging down employees multiple times - got ignored.
When I finally spoke to someone, the assistant manager blamed me for waiting so long, admitted my food had been sitting out the whole time, & accused me of not checking in when my name had been on the screen the entire time. I asked her about a refund or coupon — nothing. She didn’t even have the decency to come back out to tell me an update. She made her employee do it for her which blows my mind. By time I left there, it was 9:50 PM!
