State Farm Insurance — Local services in Bartlett

DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT use Daniel Garcia with Allstate. They have been trying to get me to switch over for years. So this time Brittany up there quoted me and it was cheeper the statefarm. So I canceled statefarm to transfer to allstate and she said she could call statefarm and transfer everything. As it says on the commercial. But after 2 weeks she told me she was not able to transfer it over herself so I had to. No big deal. Then the prices I was getting were not the quotes she gave me at first. Then 3 or 4 weeks I had a water leak from a storm we had. So she informed me that they could not insure my roof. Why could they not have told me before hand? So now I have to pay for my roof myself and some pulled out in front of me in my truck. And guess what! I was not covered then either. So they are shitty people that just want you to transfer over to have their business. They don't care about you or your coverage. Oh and I had problems with communication from statefarm and Brittany said "you will never have that problem with us here at allstate." My experience with allstate was way even worse then statefarm with no coverage. That does not sound like a...
