I took my intended purchase to the counter, he ran the purchase. I then handed him my lottery ticket to run, he asked was it a winner, I stated no just a free play. He attempted twice to run it and stated that the ticket was convoluted. I then ask can he punch in the numbers, he then stated that it was to many numbers. He noticed my disappointment and then started that he could not see the numbers. I told him that it was rude and he stated that it's not. I took my ticket and left the store. When you are not treated with courtesy and respect you should immediately stop doing business with them. Your patronage should be welcomed and met with pleasure. When you let someone treat you as their business or product is more important than your patronage you have lost respect for yourself. Also it was after 10:pm and I was the only customer in the store. XYZ is the last letters in the alphabet and in this case it means you shouldn't patronize them even if they were the last store on earth. Your patronage is your power.
