AT&T Store — Local services in Basalt

I went to this store to upgrade my phone after researching the trade-in information on the AT&T website. The store employee was rude and said my information was incorrect and had no value. I spoke with AT&T upon returning home, and was told my information was correct and that the store employee was wrong. I wasted an hour round trip drive and ten minutes waiting for the employee before be given bad...

I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help, I said yes the lady motioned to a gentleman employee that I needed assistance and he helped me in expert fashion. I am a 40 technician and it was nice to have expert help that knew exactly what he was doing. He was very helpful explaining all of my technical inquiries....
