Starbucks — Restaurant in Basalt

The guy at the register from Florida was SO NICE! however - the girl with one sleeve and short hair in a small pony tail with a hat on clearly hates her job.

I asked (nicely, as I am also a barista) to confirm that my drink was made with almond milk and she turns to her coworker and goes “I can read”.

I waited about a minute or two for the other drinks to be finished and she was still being rude to my party and to everyone else. I said to her as I was leaving, “excuse me, ma’am, I know you can read-I have an allergy.”

Be kind to humans. Be kind to strangers. Be a kind person. If she can’t grasp human decency and kindness and has this kind of attitude, she probably shouldn’t work...

I usually like this Starbucks. But with the new iced lavender latte they don’t mix it like you are supposed to and it won’t hardly mix when your out and about and is just like a regular latte with powder stuck at the bottom. I work at a Starbucks and always stir it with the shots. And they also made us a regular latte instead of a lavender latte another time. It’s not a big deal it has just been bit annoying. i would just love to say that everytime i go through the drive thru they always come out with the wrong drinks i hate to complain about it because they get mad obviously keep in mind that i come here a’lot either the people who makes the order is doing it wrong or its the people taking the order who cant listen to what im trying to say, i spend lots of money just to get something im obviously not gonna drink because it doesnt fit my taste, i would like to say this is the WORST STARBUCKS EVER.
