Walked in on a Saturday morning for the first time. They were very busy but all 4 people working greeted me as soon as I walked in. Everybody was smiling and happy to help all of the customers. They have an awesome W.R. Case knife display that’s fully stocked and it’s not all just Trappers. They have 8 or 9 different patterns and 2-3 different handle materials of each pattern. I was really not expecting that. The entire store was organized, clean, and well lit. I looked at the display for about 20 minutes and decided on two knives to add to my collection. The Peanut in Caribbean Blue Sawcut and the Sod Buster Jr. in Black synthetic with Sod Buster Jr. and the plow etched in the blade. I visit Bob's regularly, and they are always smiling and ready to have a chat. Usually I have something heavy to get, like straw bales or chicken feed, and they will NOT let me lug things to my car lol. Believe me, I've tried. They load my car cheerfully, even in a pouring rain. I really love going to this Ace Hardware. The customer service is out of this world!! I am met at the door and am immediately asked how I can be helped. They offer animal feed plus hay. The guys are quick to get my order and allow me to finish shopping for any other need. Once I have made my selections I simply go to my car and they are right there waiting to load me up.
