The food was okay. I was expecting way more flavor. I guess people hyping it up in the area gave me false expectations. It's definitely authentic Mexican compared to the other options in Batesburg. It is not crazy as other people make it seems. My opinion definitely varies because im Mexican. I can understand the wait times everything is made to order and food is fresh. Service could use improvement they seem to be very shy and aloof, at least to us. Considering wait times for meals, giving chips and salsa would help. The establishment gives a fast food vibe, not a restaurant vibe. The place is clean. The lady that cooks in the back came out into the dining area and started ordering her supplies and food for the restaurant on speaker phone. The wife and I came to try this place out. The waiter came to get our drink order and give us menus within minutes after sitting. I had the Huarache #5 with pork, and the wife had the Quesadilla plate #11. The wait for the food was worth it. The staff was friendly and they kept our drinks filled. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the "hot sauce" wasn't very hot. That's not a bad thing I reckon, but it would have impressed me more if it had been spicy. Absolutely the freshest Mexican food that I have ever eaten! Authentic Mexican food it is simply the best you get so much food you can't eat it all! The prices are so reasonable. I would have taken a picture of the whole plate but I ate the other three too fast 😂. You get four of these big sized for only 13.00... I'm a big girl with a big appetite so the fact that I can only eat three out of four says it all!!! If I didn't live 2 hours away I would eat here at least once a week for sure.. the waitress was very very nice...
