Mr. David has always went above and beyond to help me find what I need or help me however he can. My Papa surely did love him, and I’m proud to say that so many of the products Mr. David sold Papa (Howard) are still in use to this day, and very much loved by me and other family members. I love Western Auto!! The owner is a kind man who goes out of his way to ensure we have the right part every time. Dale is a wiz at small motors. The customer service is stellar from everyone who works there (sorry I am bad with names). I prefer them to any of the box stores and always go to them first before going to the others. If Western Auto don't have it (9 out of 10 times they do) they will tell me where to go to find it. They don't price gouge either. ...

Such a wonderful experience with Mr. David and everyone in the store. They go above and way beyond customer service. There was a disaster during my delivery, but the guys were more than awesome in fixing the problem. On a Saturday, and i know they had better things to do, but they got everything put together, installed and will check up later. You don't get that kindness and service from the box...
