If you are one of the customers that shop here and place your items on the floor/counter to determine if you like the arragenment that you will pay at least $100, you may not want to do that any longer since the owners do not like that at all. They talk about you in front of your face as well as to other customers. Although, their return policy states an exchange within 14 days, but they really don't mean that! They get extremely irritated if you return an item even though you end of spending more money outside of the exchange. Don't make the husband/owner angry because he will start to curse and act like you the customer are committing a crime because you want to exchange $100 of a $240 purchase within 2 days of the original purchase. His actions were unprofessional and unethical. In business, you have to set yourself apart from your personal opinions and act with dignity and pride as a business owner. The owners of the store need to take a course on customer service, respect and appreciation for the customers that spends money in their store. Sweet Simplicity Home Goods does not have a monopoly, Buy your home decor from Hobby Lobby, Kirkland's, or TJMaxx. I actually purchased a set of birds at TJMaxx that was 1/3 of the price for the same items in this store. My personal opinion that I'm entitled to is this store is over priced and crowded. Plus they don't wear mask to protect their customers during this pandemic. My mother in law and I absolutely love this precious shop. The owners and employees are always so sweet and treat us like family! I have been shopping here since 2018 and it’s always my first stop when I need inspiration, if I’m feeling blue and want to treat myself, or have an upcoming event. From holiday decor and my office space, to my kitchen and unique gifts ideas… if I am going out shopping, Sweet Simplicity is on the top of my list! I have found a statement piece for literally every room in my house here along with cute accents for every season. I have used pieces in countless birthdays, flower arrangements and a couple of weddings including my own. I have loved filling my home with the help of Suzie and her team. If you pay attention to detail in any manner upon entering this store you will immediately notice how each item is thoughtfully and skillfully placed in their displays.
