I'm leaving this review 22 yrs after my purchase. I was just a kid when I purchased my wife's engagement and now wedding band. If you're questioning whether Hannon is worthy of this honor I'm here 22 yrs later to tell you to get in your car and go get it. Whatever it is.

I came in his Blue Bonnet store back in 2001 hours before I was boarding a flight to go talk to a farmer about his daughter. I was panting and panicked, after having been taken for ride with another jeweler losing a deposit and ring with an already engraved setting, bad deal..I was disallusioned, but when I saw that big blue diamond sign it shone like a beacon. Stepping in he calmed me, cleared my head, helped me select a diamond much more quality than I could afford, he taught me how to loop a diamond, how put it all together, what's important, what's nice to have, and what's key. He also taught me to map the inclusions before service, to keep precious metals clipped when resizing.

21 yrs married 5 kids later this symbol of our commitment suffered an arbitrary fate, and just doing laundry my wife simply snagged a prong and the diamond popped out. After some nervous hours looking for it, a sad realization overce us, we had intially faced the reality it was lost. We contacted them to complete a claim on the insurance, Bare hope that they still had record copy of the appraisal. Easily found and identified, sent to us easy as 123. We eventually found the diamond. For whatever you want you can and must trust this jeweler, trust this store. I did and that ring started a Amazing relationship life and...

I love Hannon’s, absolutely love them. I have had several repairs done, our wedding rings inscribed with personal messages, my pearls restrung, my 26-year-old engagement ring reset, and a custom ring designed and created. I cannot say enough about everyone – from the moment you walk in you are welcomed and thoughtfully catered to. I will never be a big spender by jewelry standards. Not once have I ever been treated with anything less than gracious hospitality, respect, and extreme care for all my pieces. They are professional in explaining what needs to be done and approximately how much it will cost. Their estimates are very fair and the workmanship is near flawless. A few years ago, I brought in several different pictures of rings from which I wanted to take different elements to create a new piece. They listened to the vision I had in mind and worked with me to design a ring that matched that vision. It is perfect. I have been using Hannon’s since 2010 and in those years, have had one slight hiccup when my engagement ring was reset. I call it a hiccup, but it was human error and likely unavoidable. It was corrected carefully, considerately, and ultimately beyond what I expected. Mr. Hannon, the other jeweler, Blake, and Shelby are simply just amazing. Hannon Jewelers quickly saved my engagement ring after a small diamond on its halo fell out. I was able to use my ring insurance, and they were extremely professional, nice, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. After all of the positive reviews, I decided to have them create a custom wedding band before my fiance and I move out of state. Saying that they delivered on this task is an understatement! They carefully listened to all of my requests, needs, and concerns. They kept my engagement ring to make sure it fit perfectly together, and promptly returned it to me before proceeding with the creation of the wedding band. They sent me multiple computer generated images and made edits according to what I wanted, and even had me come in to try on the 3D mold before they started building the ring! The wedding band came out perfectly, absolutely gorgeous, and even exceeded my expectations (and let me tell you that I am EXTREMELY particular/picky about everything). Best part of all, they are amazing to work with, and with any delays in the process they made sure to keep me informed. On top of all of that, they still were able to create my perfect ring in a reasonable amount of time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND...
