3/4/2025 I’ve always had a great experience at this Kendra Scott till yesterday. I was coming in to look at the charms and chains to make a necklace for my birthday. There was a younger girl working, but helping another guest, so I asked older lady with grey hair who worked there for help. When I walked in she didn’t even look at me or greet or ask me if I needed help. Once I saw the charms I needed to ask how it worked so I asked her if I could get the silver heart charm but didn’t even get to finish my question and she walked to the back and huffed to look for it I assumed. She came back after a few minutes and told me she’d put the charm at the front for me. I was trying to ask about the chain because I didn’t just want a charm as I told her before I wanted a necklace. I told her I don’t just want a charm and asked if I could get a chain to go with it. She huffed and puffed at me saying she didn’t have any silver chains, so I said I’m good and don’t need the charm. I still wanted to get something as I wanted to use my birthday discount so I looked around for something else. I then found the initial necklaces and had to ask for my initial in silver. So I had to ask her to get it from the back. After a few minutes again she comes from the back with no words and hands it to me with not nice facial expressions almost like she just wanted me out of her hair. Customer service should be helping a customer and making them feel comfortable. It was also my birthday and I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store ever. Learn how to be nice to customers so they actually want to be there and...
Read moreWe have been to this store numerous times over the years! We love the jewelry for ourselves as well as for giving gifts. We were ALWAYS told there were lifetime replacements for defects, etc....I had a necklace broken a few years ago and they did not hesitate to put the stone in a new necklace. They did it on the spot too! This is one of the main reasons we own so much Kendra Scott jewelry. Today I brought 2 necklaces in for basically the same thing & they refused to replace or to stand behind what we were told when we bought the necklaces. I was offered 15% off more new ones!! I cant stand false promises from companies I'm loyal too. I not only came in to have 2 necklace chains replaced, but also to buy another necklace with an emerald /dark green stone. My daughter was in labor at womans hospital with my 1st grandchild at that moment. I already knew the perfect gift for her would be a necklace from her favorite store closely matching the babys birthstone. My daughters, their friends, and I will no longer shop here. So I left with 2 broken chains that I came in with, thats it!! This is a terrible way to conduct business! I'm very easy and fair when submitting reviews. But ive bought so much from here and suddenly without warning they tell me this! Just very disappointed!! This store is located in Baton Rouge, LA in Perkins Rowe...
Read moreI’m writing to share feedback regarding an unusual experience at your the Perkins Rowe location 5/18/25 around 3:30 to 4:00 PM.
Upon entering the store, I was not greeted by the sales associate near the entrance. The associate, an older woman compared to the other representatives, stared at me blankly when I explained that I was looking for a replacement necklace similar to the one I was wearing. Even after I pointed to her necklace and asked if something similar was available, she only eventually mentioned that her necklace was from the fine jewelry section and was purchased at a large discount.
I had to explicitly ask her to show me the fine jewelry section, after which she led me there but left without offering any further assistance or guidance. The interaction felt very odd and unwelcoming.
I wanted to bring this to your attention so that it can be addressed, as it did not reflect the welcoming and attentive service I expect from Kendra Scott. However, now that I see the most recent reviews you’ve already been informed of this behavior. Your store reps have a serious problem and no one should shop...
