I was hesitant to write since no one else has ( crickets). There is a gentleman, looking dapper, that stands right outside the door. He asks for your name before opening the door. Once inside, there is a DJ and the atmosphere is an open room with techno/pop nightclub music and vibe that has booths and tables. There is a bar to the back left with maybe about ten or so chairs. The bar had liquor on all the shelves and is set up beautifully. It looks clean and inviting (Go to the light Carol Anne). definitely gives the Vegas feeling. The service is great! There is a bathroom attendant who keeps the bathrooms looking great! If you seem to look lost, an employee comes up to assist. The server and back waiter was attentive and on point. I noticed the servers all worked as a team meaning if you’re sitting there waiting on your server to box up your food, other servers come to help without any reluctance. The servers had smiles on their faces and even made comments about enjoying the work environment. They brought out fries with truffle and spicy ketchup which is refreshing instead of the bread and butter like most do. The short rib burnt end appetizer was soft and delicious. The wedge salad dressing comparably tastes similar to Ruth’s blue cheese dressing just not as pungent; smoother tasting. This salad has different ingredients on it; I’m only giving a description of how the dressing tastes. It’s not sweet. Never the less, it is still delicious. You get to pick your own knife. The server brings a box to you, and you get to choose your desired knife. The filet is prime and it was pretty good. It didn’t melt in my mouth but the steak came out to my specified temperature the first go round. It comes out on a hot plate! The Mac and cheese was quite different. With Parmesan, mozzarella and fontina (from what the waiter said) it has a different taste to it. Just fyi for anyone. The crème brûlée comes out and they bring a huge torch lighter with it. They torch the crème brûlée at the table, in front of you and your party. It’s pretty cool looking! This is a great experience for a date night or for a group of friends. It’s lively yet intimate and interiorly modern designed. The servers wear matching blazers and the menu is only one page ( refreshing! There is no book taking over the table). It is definitely a pleasurable and fresh experience that BR needs. This is different and isn’t just another restaurant. You walk in and it’s like you’re in a different city altogether. The food is good and decently priced. The experience and the wait staff’s excellent customer service- gives them five stars. The dress code is cocktail attire. Most women wore cocktail/ night dresses and the men had blazers.

Iv eaten at a bunch of nice steakhouses and restaurants in my life, even some recent steakhouses in Las Vegas (which they claim to take inspiration from), and this was not it. Our group had a terrible dining experience. It started with their weird water pitch about how it’s the best water ever, which is great and all, but it was sort of a hidden pitch to get you to buy 11 dollar water. After they came back around asking for another round of water, we asked if this water is costing us, the guy laughed and deflected. We requested tap, and he was really pushy about getting us to keep drinking their fancy water. Cocktail service took ages. Drinks were fine, but nothing you wouldn’t see in a comparable restaurant. The shining light of the whole night were the apps. They were very good, and shareable sizes. They were unique and we really enjoyed them. It was about 45 minutes from appetizers till our steaks came. I have never complained about a steak in my life, but this thing wasn’t even edible. Me and my wife split a medium rare 12 oz fillet, and it still had a heartbeat it was so raw. I tried to eat the outside of it, and it didn’t even taste very good. I told the waiter and they offered to cook it more, but it pretty much killed my appetite. They said not to worry, we will give you a free dessert… like a free desert makes up for an awful 80+ dollar steak, which killed the whole dining experience. We had to ask multiple times to check on drink orders due to the very long wait for drinks. The waiter always felt like he was in a huge hurry and running around like crazy. I get that it’s a new restaurant, and they need to work out the kinks, but this was beyond opening jitters. It was a very poorly facilitated dining experience. As a group who goes out to eat often, every person in our group was very disappointed. If you want a comparable experience in town, go to Ruth’s, Sullivan’s, mansuers, or honestly, longhorn steakhouse makes a more edible steak. The people in my group who did not get steaks said their entree was okay though, for what that’s worth. It was 330ish for me and my wife if people were wondering. Enjoy the picture of my live cow.

Honestly the service was good from the servers and management. The hostesses made sure we were comfortable and happy with our table and I was very appreciative of that. It was an anniversary and birthday and the crew made us feel very special! (Edit: they had sat us at a two person table after I requested a booth, I asked them if we can move and they accommodated despite rolling their eyes, either way I’m glad we moved because the original table would not have fit any of the food we ordered)

My biggest issue with this place is the food. The menu is not inexpensive and I had somewhat high expectations regarding the quality considering the price tag and sadly was very let down. The Chilean Seabass was so bad that I could not take more than three or four bites. The Miso sauce it is served with tasted like it had been sitting out and had no flavor. Less than an hour later I had the worse case of FOOD POISONING. It was awful. Was still throwing it up the next morning. The other person I was with ordered the Veal parmesan and was also very let down. If you enjoy eating only fried breading then this is the meal for you, if you enjoy the veal then do not order this.

Really the entrees as a whole need a LOT of work, but the appetizers are great! The rolls were amazing. Luckily everything before the entrees made the trip half way worth it. If I ever go back it would only be for the rolls.

To sum it up, if you’re looking for a place to throw away your paychecks, enjoy a show, and snack on some appetizers then this is the place for you. If you’re looking for tasty, quality food and ability to talk to the person across from you and not get food poisoning PLEASE go somewhere else! I gave it three stars bc the service and appetizers was good, but lost two stars (EDIT: I changed to two stars because I was being nice with three, but really there’s no excuse for a restaurant that holds itself to this righteous high standard to allow giving food poisoning and making them pay over $3000) for paying $$$ to get food poisoning which I spent the rest of our special day over a toilet, and bad atmosphere (ps terrible music played the whole time, from house music to pop, jazz, and then country? Make it make sense) ALSO ZERO PARKING AVAILABLE! Had to park...
