Me and my friend had just gotten off work and wanted to do a little shopping. Yes we were in jeans and a t shirt and we were both looking to spend a couple hundred dollars in there! No one greeted us and we walked around and even walked up to and past the workers and no one acknowledged us. It took us going up to the girl at the fitting room and asking for some help as well as to try on some stuff. She looked us up and down then proceeded to give us dressing rooms. My friend and i didn’t feel welcome at all. We felt as if we weren’t good enough to shop in the boutique. Run away from this place!! Buyer beware, this place has horrible customer service. I bought new shoes for the wife 9 days ago they did not fit, never worn tried to change out for right size with box and receipt the lid to the box was missing and the manager a white lady withe dark-hair refused to refund or let me change them for the correct size. What am I supposed to do with 70$ shoes that don't fit???? She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wonder if it because we are of ethnic background.
