Music World — Local services in Battle Ground

Awful, rude staff in my opinion. Rented a trumpet for my 12 year old and purchased the insurance because she's 12. Nightmare dealing with staff getting her trumpet delivered to the school, they kept saying it was done and wasn't. Tyler answers the phone by saying "yeah" which is so unprofessional. My daughter's trumpet was missing recently so I called to let them know what happened to get a new one with insurance. They treated me like a criminal and said I needed to get a police report and the owner would think about replacing the trumpet. The police officer who took the report was shocked but helpful. Fast forward 4 days, no response from the store so I reached out. The store staff again was awful and said I needed to E-Mail Jodi which I did. She told me that people steal from her so the harrassment is a precaution and that she never received the police report. I don't think the kind officer who helped me lied. The music teacher conveniently found my daughter's trumpet today and obviously has a relationship with Music World, funny business, in my opinion. Never again and I would think twice about doing business with Music World. Not sure why my daughter's school pushes this business but I...

I had such a wonderful experience at music world tonight! My son started playing the trumpet a few weeks ago and was struggling with being able to make any noise. We had decided to go in and possibly trade out the trumpet for the clarinet or another instrument. When we walked in tyler wanke immediately greeted us and set off on the task of helping. He was so patient and kind as we spoke about the concerns we had. He decided to bring out a couple mouth pieces and give my son the opportunity to see what one would work best for him. He spent the next hour giving him pointers and tips on how to use each one. When all was said and done my son had a new found confidence. So much so that he decided to stick with the trumpet. As my son stands over my shoulder reading this review he said out loud. "Tyler was awesome. If I need to go back to music world i want to go on tylers shift" so thank you tyler for being so patient and kind to an 11 year old boy about to give up. We...

I had to get two of my electric acoustic guitars set up for a friend’s wedding this weekend and was looking for a shop to squeeze me in on short notice. Thankfully I found myself at Music World, where the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and honest.

They were focused on getting me set up with what I needed for the best price and on the tight timeline I was on. Turnover time was incredibly fast and communication was on point each step of the way. The guitars sound great and I will be returning to shop any chance I get — whether for repairs or just to check out their eclectic&extensive selection!!
