I asked a girl who is checking me out at the register if they need anything because it was an instacart order
She didn't know the answer so she called the manager The manager came up
The new employee ask do we "do anything different for instacart"
The manager rolled his eyes and grunted, "I HATE instacart."
I'm standing right in front of him and he says "he hates instacart" I have an instacart name badge while he said "he hates instacart" as he's training a new employee on how to help someone from instacart he says "I hate instacart"
Are you kidding me!?!
Somebody should probably be reaching out on behalf of Dick's before Instacart shoppers start talking...

When I called and tried to ask questions the guy kept constantly talking over me and when I asked about the kayak he said just look it up online (like I hadn't thought of that). Then he tried to dismiss me and told me he knew nothing and just look at a different one there. I knew what i wanted and I didn't want to look at others.    Read moreThe staff at the Baxter location is so nice and thw customer service is top notch. My son and I went in there because he wanted a new basketball. I wish I had gotten her name but whoever was working in the basketball area around 530 or so was so nice and informative. When we got up to the register to check out the guy behind the counter, Matt I believe was his name. His badge said front lead, I believe. He was equally as nice and informative and made our experience there a great one. I have high expectations of people in customer service as I own 2 businesses, and they exceeded my expectations!...
