Wow! I truly don't have enough great things to say about Reforming Pilates. Not only is their studio absolutely beautiful and aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but it is also clean and located in the perfect spot. Their customer service is phenomenal and if there's ever an issue that needs to be resolved, I know that they will try their best to help me and everyone who walks through their door. I always feel taken care of and prioritized whenever I visit the studio for a class, which is impressive when they have hundreds of people visiting the studio each week. Everyone is welcomed and everyone is made to feel special.

I have taken many beginner Pilates classes at various different studios, and there is something to be said about the instructors at this particular studio. All of them are welcoming, kind and helpful. Abigail is a wonderful teacher who is patient, knowledgable and compassionate. Her classes are always a lot of fun! She takes the time to get to know you and really values your presence and feedback. The owner, Genevieve, is very hands-on and extremely outgoing; she loves getting to know you and it truly feels like you are making a friend when you chat with her!

I first tried this place about a year ago and loved it. Swore I'd be committed to pilates, which was a new work out to me, but travel schedule interrupted my routine. I went back tonight after a long break, and feel great. The owner was instructing, and I am not at the top of my game, but feel like I got a lot out of it and look forward to my next lesson. The studio is small, so there are never so many people that you miss individual suggestions or corrections, and I think many fitness levels can benefit from the same workout, with adjustments. Loved the studio and coach the first time I visited, but just had a sad frankly humiliating experience. 30 mins prior to class starting as I am already on my way I get a notification through ClassPass that class is cancelled, though my husband, who is en route with me, does not. We show up, and he is the only one on the list. Coach (Hannah) offered me to pay a drop in price of 40 dollars without trying to get to the root of the issue, though the cancellation clearly happened on the studio’s end. When we consequently asked that my husband be removed from the list, as he would not be going alone after they had cancelled by reservation 30 mins prior to the start of the class, we were told he would incur a late fee.
