Date of Experience: Friday, July 19, 2024, Morning Bus Information: License Plate #GGN 342, Bus #5318 Driver: Howard from Jamaica
I recently had an unfortunate experience with Disney Resorts bus service. On the morning of July 19, 2024, we were on Bus #5318, driven by Howard from Jamaica. Unfortunately, the experience was less than magical.
Howard seemed to lack the friendly demeanor one would expect from a Disney employee. He had no personality and stared at us with what felt like an attitude. This was particularly evident when he was assisting a handicapped passenger. He appeared bothered by the task, which was quite disheartening to witness.
While I understand that everyone can have an off day, the lack of enthusiasm and apparent irritation from Howard was disappointing. Disney is known for its exceptional customer service, and this experience did not live up to those standards.
I hope Disney Resorts can address this issue and ensure that all their drivers provide the warm and welcoming service that guests expect. A little kindness and a positive attitude can go a long way in making guests’ experiences...
