Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Waveland

Papa johns is my favorite pizza chain out of all of them but this one location can not get organized well enough for me to enjoy it in my hometown. When they first opened it was hour long waits, app problems so you’d have to call in, for there phones to not work so you’d have to go in. To then be told they are out of only cheese pizza. I stayed away for a few months after that to let them get established since they were so new and the next time I ordered from them they gave away my food to someone else. So I had to stand there and wait for it to be remade. The third time I got it again the pizza looked bare. The fourth time I got it the garlic knots were once again given away to another person and I had to stand there while they remade my food again. This time it wasn’t a long wait and I got my garlic knots fast. But when she handed it to me the lid didn’t close which I thought was odd but figured they through in a few extra for my wait. When I got home they were HUGE garlic knots with raw dough in the middle. They tried to cook it to fast at a high temp. I called and the manager seemed to question if I was telling the truth. She issued the credit back to me so I could use it on another purchase later on. I wanted pizza the very next day so wanted to use the credit I was issued towards another pizza and they said it was impossible that I had to get the garlic knots again. Which is bad customer service bc if you made me raw food I’m not exactly gonna want that same thing the very next day. So I went up there to get my money back for the garlic knots and decided it’s the last time I’ll be ordering from this papa johns for a while until management is better. Not to mention they charge here for seasonings when every other papa johns it’s complimentary...

If I could give them a zero I would!!! I ordered on tonight which is Sunday. Don’t order on this night. I placed an order for the special two large two toppings for $22.00. One pizza was Alfredo sauce with mushrooms and ground beef. The pizza was CHEESE pizza with mushrooms. No meat hardly! So I called back and spoke with a man who REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME! He told me he could not help me solve the problem, so I said if you can’t fix it your going to lose me as a customer, his reply was oh well then you have a good night and hung up. I called back and asked his name he said Papa John is my name, I said no your name again he refused to tell me his name, but then says he will refund my card. I said oh now you’re willing to fix it? He said I refunded you good night and hung on me again. I called back and said I still need your name and he hung up in my face once again. I will be calling corporate tomorrow and WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS PIZZA PLACE IN THE BAY EVER AGAIN. I’m also going to warn my family and friends! The Bay is small, you would not want to make enemies with the people who make sure you get paid. This man was very unprofessional and lacked in customer skills. No company that is for the people should operate in this manner. I will investigate this further tomorrow Monday morning when...

Ordered chicken wings & received them raw with blood coming out of then. Spoke with the manager agreed to give them another shot. Why did I do that. Ordered again wings 8 of them received 7 ordered a pizza received cheesy bread. Called the restaurant and the girl that answered the phone was extremely rude. While I was talking she handed the phone to another guy who places me on hold for a very long time. I ended up hanging up. Called back the manager answered and decided he would try to make another order which at this point I did not want. This place is horrible. To serve someone raw wings and to not give that person what they order is very poor service and extremely poor customer service. I wish I can upload the pictures of the raw chicken on this review....
