Saw your reply...truthful?!? You told the bank i hsd a cat...it was a DOG! You werent even listening...im done dealing with you as God knows who the REAL liar is. You would NOT try to reason when i came to your store..jus kept enforcing your policy heartlessly..and you KNOW it...i know and God knows.it..so pls dont write even more lies here... ALSO it was NOT months.. weeks. How would i evet return a mattress months after... i have a photo of the date i snapped thr mattress in your store whrn in dropped it off that day..i will find it..post it here to expose your lie as im sure it was early sept. Pls do NOT carry on with lies and pretend to be followers of Christ because you do the Kingdom FAR more harm that way and give TRUE Christians who speak TRUTH a bad rep and name. I dont even have cats..and have never had cats ...so thats another lie as you also claim i returned mattress months affer ! The bank has my return date on file ..! pls recall from the Word what happens to those who lie n if youre able to still lie after knowing..thats on you. Pls.dont reply to this message..im not up to hearing more lies..you were trying to work with me when i came back that day??? Really.. ? The bank filed dispute late becuae i waited a while for you to return my money you wrongly kept before filing giving you the benefit of the doubt! They took a long time processing because you hadnt replied to them for a VERY long time..and i think you know that perfectly well! You obviously played the same delay game with the bank you played me! Orig.message dont understand why any business would ever feel justified in keeping both a mattress return and my money? Ask yourselves if you're being fair to the buyer or consumer in that position??? Thats unacceptably bad business practice and i DEMAND a full return of $239 ive been patiently waiting for since Sept which you failed to do after i returned the horribly defective mattress back to you which made my leg collapse cutting off blood circulation first night i slept on it. I called...came in..tried to reason with you but you just ignored and turned me away and now.. you actually have the nerve to lie to Bank of America telling them i returned the mattress months later when it was only 3 weeks after (2 of which you kept me waiting while saying youd return my call) and the final week delay id explained was due to my dog passing away during the time delaying things a bit more.. and despite that you STILL feel justified in keeping my money LONG after i returned the mattress back to your store in August placing it inside a brand new mattress cover i bought to protect it during the haul back to your store??? You wouldnt take my call telling me "i needed to get used to the mattress after my leg collapsed first night i slept on it.. and kept brushing me off so the time would lapse and you wouldnt be able to receive it back despite the fact that i called you the VERY next day after purchase advising you of a problem i had. There were pieces sticking out near the edge or frame that actually stuck me and caused my leg to collapse and possibly..even nerve damage ! Youre lucky im not pursuing this matter legally and you should both truly be ashamed of yourselves..Lastly..pls dont post ""God is love" back to me as you did with a previous customer you mistreated as i certainly didnt see the love of God through the horrible way you treated me when i came in your store to return the mattress telling you of a very difficult time i had in losing my DOG (not cat which you told my bank in a statement you send them....which tells me that you werent even listening to me!!!) your very poor busines practice... and WRONGLY keeping my money long after i returned the mattress to your store says NOTHING about God or Love...so please dont say God is Love in any of your posts because you clearly dont know Who God is..or...

We ordered a dresser from them after we requested one without a mirror and we were accommodated exactly with what we requested and finding exactly what met our needs. Their delivery driver had an issue were they could not make it in time and the owner went out of his way to make sure that we were going to receive our delivery on time that he delivered our dresser himself. They went above and beyond to not only find what we needed, but made sure that we got our delivery on time. Would definitely recommend them! Amazing customer...

My order was sold out so they gave me what they said was a good bed & more expensive one…….. but they gave me an okay looking bed frame with cheap wood slats that didn’t even lasted a month. Broke every time i sit on it… I have to keep gluing it but that can only do so much. It won’t hold as much weight & the bed legs won’t screw back in anymore. it’s like sleeping on rocks.. Very unhappy . I should’ve just waited for the bed i originally bought come back into stock instead of taking their...
