STAY AWAY!!!!!! STEER CLEAR THIS SCUMBAGS!!!! ( UPDATED REVIEW AFTER OWNER AND MANAGER RESPONSE. Owner still lying and making up excuses even when photos prove he is wrong , the manager send me a private message calling me fa.got and b.itch mad because the true is out....-check screenshot from my phone- That is the people running this business . PHOTOS DO NOT LIE . The owner returned part of the money because my bank was going to claim it back not because he is a good person . They claim I didn't say anything about my FM radio not working and then destroy what they did so they can fix it again? Would you go to the doctor asking for pills without tell him why are you sick? ) not only they are con artists but also horrible at what they do. No need to believe me , just look at the photos from their horrible work. As I was waiting for my truck to be ready a old lady walked in to install a head unit after the manager told her two days before $120, the owner told her today price is $200 for the same job take it or leave it. That is from the "man" who owns this place, taking advantage of a old lady... They are professional liars, even when they get caught up on their own lie they blame it on the costumer or the manufacturer. The place is a nasty ghetto with the manager and installation guy walking around with saggy pants and stained tank tops. Don't be fooled by their "special offers" you can get it cheaper online and delivered to your door steps . I spent $950 at this place with $500 down and the rest after finishing the job, after waiting 3 and 1/2 hours for 2 hours job the manager tells me that truck is ready and asked me to pay what was left from total so I did ( big fat lie just to get the money ) As soon as I pay the manager says - by the way your truck is not ready- not only my truck left the shop with the same problem it came in but also with other problems they created and had no solution for them. Had to wait 1 week for them to get the parts a second time, the owner offered me to fix their mess for "free" , how do you fix something for free when you were paid to get it right the first time? Next thing I know I spent 7 hours at the shop because they were clueless about what they were doing ( they blame it on the manufacturer and me of course ) The glove box was removed from my truck prior their work to check a HVAC issue so they blamed everything they did wrong on me ( supposedly I was messing with the wires for what they said ) but the factory harness was so good that they put my old unit back within 10 minutes without issues . The installation guy broke a trim piece and the owner refused to pay for it, after denying there was no issue he "fix it" with crazy glue... They don't know what soldering is , neither electrical tape, split loom or cable wrap . Only used quit connectors and undercarriage connections were without protection for road grime and weather. I was only able to get back $700 out of $950 because of they worthless labor they claimed . They charge me $250 to leave me truck the same way it came in and left behind pieces of wires, screws and zip ties ( to much work to remove it I guess ) The installation was a mess , the wires looked like spaghetti as you can see in the photos, no wonder they can't connect anything right . The radio they installed had two warnings coming on because improper connections and they owner just told me to keep hitting -OK- to overwrite the warning and the steering controls were not working either. The installation guy also broke my head unit SiriusXM plug ( pink connector on photo, compare to blue one ) and said nothing about it, I found out after taking everything apart again to check what they did. I told them and paid to install a front camera on the grill facing down like Vehicle manufacturers do on tall pick up trucks to get a better view of the bumper , well they installed it on the bumper facing to the front which has no depth perception . I can keep going but the photos and what I said...
Read moreI found car stereo sound on Google and I went there because they have good reviews but unfortunately I didn’t receive good service. I recently bought a car and the sound is HORRIBLE absolutely no Bass at all the person who had the car before me already changed the door speakers/tweeters and already had everything wired for a speaker box (they took some stuff out before they sold the car). Since it was plug and play I ordered a 8’ subwoofer W/B off line and plugged it in but the Bass is so loud I can barely hear the words on the songs. The car came with the JL 1000/5i Amp i guess it’s a Bluetooth amp so no you can’t adjust the sound on the amp you have to download the “TUN” app and that’s how you adjust and control everything. I went into the shop and explained everything and the guy just sat there and kept telling me “I should be able to do it on the amp” I explained to him that it wasn’t that kind of Amp and I asked if he could look at it but he never got up he just sat there on his computer telling me I should be able to do it on the amp Smh I already had my Laptop and iPad with the App on both and was willing to Pay whatever I had to pay for him to Set the Amp properly/ fix the problem I don’t have a clue what I’m looking at it that’s the point of me driving 15 minutes across town for a professional to do it and honestly if he would have looked at it and couldn’t figure it out I would have bought another Amp . I’m not use to this stuff I had a S63 with the $6500 sound system package that was amazing and even though I know I’m not gonna get that sound I atleast want my car to...
Read moreUPDATE. Last Tuesday 4/15 the car threw a code and would not shift into gear after arriving at work. Had to have the car towed to Winnie Dodge for repairs. After several days there, it was diagnosed and repaired. Noted cause of malfunction "repaired severed wiring damaged by alarm installer"(see attached pictures from Dodge Dealership), cost me $300+ for repairs and a 3 day car rental of $220. Now it will cost an additional $600 for another shop to reinstall the alarm system correctly. And I am out the $500 I originally paid this business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. 7 hours to install a car alarm(car dropped off at 1020am not completed till 5 pm/6hrs 40min before call to pick up)? They left my car full of cut wire pieces and grinding debris from whatever tool they used to cut into the dash(?) and failed to push the panels and carpet back to where they needed to be without pointing out the problems. Pictures are of car when we picked it up. All around cluster____. Thanks for the $100 refund and assisting in the fuel shortage. My bad for not leaving enough fuel in the car. Zero testing g of the alarm to insure it was working correctly (which it didn't), Who wants to carry a key fob that's constantly beeping? And why is the car chirping and flashing its lights for no reason? The hood of the car was keyed after alarm install. Proximity/motion detector did not engage. So that wasn't...
