It's a wonderful place to get your lunch, nice, clean, and it's easy to find....When I first started working there, alot of customers told me that they'd barely just started coming back, because the customer service, was horrible....I can see where they'd been coming frm...When We got a Decent Manager,ànd ofcoarse Myself, with my Awesome Customer Service, it turned into a 5 star sandwich shop!!! Asked for new order or refund which she got upset and said she couldn't help me and hung up on me. I proceeded to call back and 2nd employee by the name Gustavo answered saying their receipts don't explain what a customer wants on sandwich. That we have to indicate it on the instructions. I buy subways at least 3/wk to know what I pay and how things work. Poor service. And customer service from an Asstant Manager even worse representation of Subway.
