Worst experience of , My life !! Extremely rude woman working there as well as the worst customer service you could possibly imagine.

I explained how important it was to not damage the mobile if they could not repair it , given I had videos of , My daughter who passed away and photos. Needless to say , I should have trusted my gut.

After they failed to keep their word. I was advised that they would know , what the issue was in 3-4 hrs well after said , time I was told they thought it was the battery or the port and they'd have it repaired the following day. Again I made sure they knew how important the content on the mobile was. Again , I was reassured they would not do anything too cause the loss of said , content.

Day two : 3 different stories later , the mobile had not yet been looked at - At all !!!

Later that day the rudest women with no customer service courtesy advised , My Nephew that the mobile was not at that location nor did she know where it was...Claimed to not know the address or a number to said , location !! All she knew was the techs number and was not going to give thst number out....My Nephew asked to , use the phone to call Me to advise Me of said , situation happening. Woman with an ugly attitude advised him he could not use the phone as it was for "BUSINESS" hence ...

My mobile was in there place of business and any other business would allow you to use the phone. So , My nephew had to go to the business next door to use the phone to call me and explain what he was told. Mind you I am now in panic mode. First of all no one called Me or advised Me that My mobile was being taken elsewhere without any authorization by ME !!!

I advised , My Nephew to tell them to return My mobile immediately. Hence this rude woman continued with her story of not knowing where this location was and called the owner and advised , My Nephew that the owner was on his way and he could speak to him. Well 2 hrs later no owner showed up.

So I have no idea where ,My mobile is or what's going on so I call My Husband at work and ask , him to go see what's going on. My husband shows up at that location and is told it'll be ready by tomorrow. At this point we are so upset and just decide to wait and call again , Now they finally say , the have an answer and say , it's the screen and that it will be ready by 1:00 p.m.

Day 3 Get a call at 4:30 and I'm told the phone is defective and that nothing can retrieved from , My mobile. Mind you , My mobile had no scratches and was holding a full charge the only thing that caused me to take this mobile in was that the screen was black.

After having , My mobile for 3 days and taking it to some unknown location that none of this business employees knew an address or number to....

I have lost memories of , My Child that are gone and I can never get back !!!

May God's wrath be upon these people. No one deserves to be treated with such horrible customer service and to lose precious memories.

I will be contacting whom ever owns this franchise as they need to truly train their employees in customer service and simple manners and courtesy 101

F.Y.I. If you are holding a customers mobile and taking it off your premises , CALL AND ASK IF THEY'RE OKAY WITH IT FIRST ....AND....ALLOW THEM TO USE YOUR PHONE ...SINCE THEY ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS !!!!!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

THANK YOU FOR DESTROYING MY MOBILE AND TAKING THE MEMORIES OF MY DAUGHTER AWAY !!!

WHEN A CUSTOMER CONTINUES TO PLEAD TO RETURN THEIR MOBILE .....RETURN IT !!!!

Trust that with the measure you mete you shall be measured. God sees YOU !!

#WorstBusinessEver

Regards...

After my initial review, I spoke with the owner for further clarification. I dropped off my phone on the 9th during my lunch break, and we discussed a potential repair cost of $300–$400 for parts, which were to be overnighted.

On the 10th, I called the shop since my current phone has poor service, and I wanted to ensure I didn't miss any updates. I was informed that my phone could not be repaired. I inquired about the cause of the water damage, as my phone is water-resistant and showed no visible cracks or defects that would lead to such damage. The technician mentioned a crack on the back of the phone. I assumed this referred to a minor crack on the edge that I might have missed. I understand that water resistant doesn't mean waterproof.

When I picked up my device on the 11th, I noticed significant cracks on the back, extending from midway to bottom. I will provide photos and a video to document the timeline and confirm that my phone was not cracked upon drop-off.

After my initial review, the owner stated he would replace the back of the phone this week. I will update this review once the issue is resolved.

While I understand that my phone is non-repairable, my main concern is the crack that was not present when I dropped off the device. In the future, it might be helpful to implement a checklist upon drop-off, similar to those used when renting a car. This checklist could document the device's external condition, outline the expected cost range, and include a disclaimer that the final cost may vary based on the extent of damage found during evaluation. Both the technician and the device owner could then sign to acknowledge the device's condition. Store owner concern was why didn't I say anything when he mention the crack on back, again I thought he was talking about a crack on the edge that might have broken the seal. Why didn't I say anything upon pick up... an unrepairable phone with a crack on the back after it was dropped off. What much can I say at the store aside from sharing my experience here... it should not take me voicing my experience for a store to know that a phone was dropped off with no external damage on back and then get cracked on the back when device was in their care.

P.S added that last photo to show that inspecting for cracks is literally what I do for my career since 2008. I would not miss such a big crack on the back on my phone. Missing a crack at work entails trials and even jail time it's a catastrophe happen from a failed inspection.

Again this will get updated this week once issue...

If I could I would give 0 stars. I know people usually like to talk crap and be dramatic when they don't have to, but honestly they screw me over. I had barely got an IPhone 6 from offer up and the IC ship messed up.I took it to them and they took a day to tell me what it was, they would charge 75( 81 total) . I was tight on money so I told them I was gonna think about it. I decided to bring it to them after all the phone was gonna come out to be around 360. Everything was good with the phone the IC ship was the only problem. When I got it back I realized they had messed up my Bluetooth part and also my front camera. They were both working perfectly When I went back they said they were gonna wait on the parts and had me waiting for almost two weeks. I went the day they told me to go pick it up. Patrick ( one of the workers there) said that is wasn't ready they needed one more day. I went back again just to hear that they have changed the parts and that the phone wasn't working anyways they could not do nothing about it. There is one girl in the front desk and I saw like three different guys throughout the week. That's how you know I am being completely honest. I just think is really messed up the way they are you expect for them to fix things not to make them worse and that's what they did. Not only that I work hard to get my stuff and I don't get easy money. I really wanted to cry because it's a lost that makes a difference on my budget, not only for what I paid in the phone, it would have been okay with me but for the other two parts they ruined. Now If I want them fixed I have to pay for something they messed up being the professionals they claim to be. Like I said I don't like to make big deals so I don't go around putting bad reviews or good reviews on anyone's business but they truly deserved for me to take the time and take their five stars. Hope you have better luck if you decide to go maybe you don't look as dump as I...

I have been coming here since like 2018, maybe, I can’t remember haha but the point is, I keep coming back! I will always recommend this place for any type of repairs. A good price and they never take longer than 45 minutes to make my phone look and work right! They do have warranty on their screen repairs as long as the screen isn’t broken, which they have acknowledged for me before. Patrick is the best and the rest of the team as well! I am sharing before and after photos of my phone repair from January this year. Thank y’all very much! Also, I’m glad y’all defend yourselves by replying to the bad reviews because i promise those bad reviews are just haters and don’t have all the information correct.

Be careful these people said there “authorized” apple dealer and they aren’t. They replaced this phone and did some terrible work. Apple said they couldn’t replace my battery because there was super glue and damages on the motherboard. I’m all about good business just know before you get yourself in a situation with Apple. I have Apple plus warranty and everything. Here is pictures of the terrible job they did.
