The worker in the cashier the black woman(only a white a woman and black Woman’s on duty sadly I Didnt get her name) on shift around 5pm, on April 3rd. Insisted that I return an item from the shelf instead of putting it to the shelves making her job easier. Although as a customer we pay to get the racks and shelves organized it’s not our duty. I respectfully did regardless of being tired I’m not her manager that should instilled that as a any retail employee. it’s the workers duty on shift and responsibility to put things away in their time when possible. It’s not right to give a buyer a harder time of the day after they indicated they did not want to bring the item to the front. I’m hoping this COMPLAINT gets seen and used to instill to their workers not to use authority position on buyers. I was tired minding my business attempting to get an toy out of view from my toddler. Avoiding her getting me tired more out than I already felt. If a buyer indicates or says no. It’s because we’re paying to have someone do the work. I’m hoping that leaving this comment the manager takes this into consideration and let’s their employees know. It’s not a mindset to continue or carry that Walmart employee would not tell a customer to go return an item because employees are paid to do it. Same to every employee. Therefore in any retail store you should not tell a customer to do a task for you. It’s on you to do later. In each employee’s own time away from the register( she indicated was her reason I should pass it to her) when she had time away from the register it can be handle. Later. Not for a buyer to do. Or let a person on the floor if they are to pass a buyer left an item that goes in the kid section. Simple. Hopes this gets heat and in the future approached in a...
Read moreI want to thank David for helping me. He was the most helpful and kind person at the Goodwill at this location . Another employee put the the merchandise up front for me to come back and pick up once my husband got home from work to get the trailer to pick up the couches and bookshelf I purchased for a elderly lady in need of furniture that she could not afford . Needless to say when we arrived to get the couches they were gone. David went out of his way to try to help locate the couches. Of course they were no where to be found. The bookshelf was still up front for me , but unfortunately come to find our they decided to sell the couches before we could get there to pick them up . My husband and I were very disappointed at this situation. There was nothing we could do . The other workers in the store were no help at all . I found out in this process they did not even complete the paperwork showing that I purchase these items. Go figure , sounds like they are double dipping collections of donations people kindly make to help people in need . David just was so kind and did everything he could with kind words to help us feel better about this situation. No way I would give 5 stars to anyone in that store what’s so ever , but Mr. David deserves every bit of 5 stars and more for his customer service !!!
Thank you...
Read moreHorrible experience!!!! Cynthia Huerta has no idea what she's doing and her manager (didn't get her name) is right behind her. They charged us for our purchase and Cynthia added a small tin box that we wanted. She charged us for our original purchase but the tin box wasn't charged, so it showed up as a separate purchase..... The second purchase was for under $1 and she then manually added the $38 from the first purchase. I showed her the bank account showing the first had already been paid and she said "Oh, that's not how it works, I have to charge everything again!" Manager comes and it took us a while to make them understand that we only needed to pay the tin box. Never again will I come to this...
