Let me tell you about my experience with this place. I went based on the recommendation of a friend of mine and others in town. I needed a stone replaced in my wedding ring. I took it in on Tuesday July 9th and was told that it would be ready by Friday July 12th at the latest. When I arrived at the place Friday to pick up my ring the older man told me that he didn't know what ring I was talking about and that he and the other man had never seen it. He said he would have to look for it but then went on to the next customer who came in without another word to me. I stood there longer and he finally said that he wasn't going to look for it till later and I could leave and check back the following day. I was annoyed but said ok and left a necklace in hopes that it could be repaired. I thought about it as the day went on and decided to message their FB page and an hour later I got a response stating that my ring was next in line to be repaired and that it was now ready to be picked up. I went to pick it up and felt rushed to pay and leave. Fast forward to my necklace I became extremely busy that Saturday and forgot to call until they were closed and then I watched my 2yr old niece till Tuesday July 16th. Monday July 14th I sent a FB message asking if my necklace was repairable, they read the message but didn't reply, it's now Wednesday and I called to find out that it wasn't repairable. I decided to leave a FB review about my experience with my ring because how I was treated was still bothering me as a first time customer. I was then attacked for leaving a negative review. When I arrived to pick up my necklace they claimed to not have my chain only the heart. When I insisted that I left the chain with the heart I was basically verbally attacked in front of my children. Being told that I had the chain that they didn't have the chain, they could watch the video but it wouldn't show that. All the while the woman kept saying I bet we're going to get a great review about this on and on. I took the heart and after a few choice words my children and I left. Not long after arriving at home I had a knock on the door. It was the old man with my chain, couldn't even apologize for accusing me of having it when they had it all along. If I could leave zero stars I would. I will never set foot in that place ever again and I will never recommend...

Well . . . have done a few things with them and was satisfied . . . Susan was really great and her father too . . . but . . . I wanted a stone replaced on an earring and a loop fixed on a chain, repair wasn't done in a timely way they could not find the stone . . . Moonstone . . . Went by, behold my earring a hinged double circle of very good fat silver had been cut in half, the lower and larger lobe fashioned into a pendant hanging on the chain . . . How did it go so wrong? . . . Brought the matching earring guide to correct the mistake, have a matched pair . . . BIG MISTAKE . . . HUGE . . . 2 yrs later, was offered a of a pair of singular lobed post earrings that would be mailed to me with all parts . . . Am out 2 lobes of 925 silver and a nice Moonstone . . . the posts are shoddy . . . stone is set crooked and the cut marks where the hinges were is completely raw unfinished . . . called Dad basucally said tough luck and...

I had an opportunity to confront the old man about a ring I purchased at his gold and silver jewelry store in Baytown Texas. I purchased a ring for 1400 and wanted to pawn back my ring that I purchased the old man had yelled out negociating with me only $100 dollars I left home upset trusting him got home counted my money he had only gave me 90 dollars. I counted my money and 10 dollars were missing from the store clerk owner doing a bad deed I'm very upset 😞 The ring wasent worth anything people stop putting your trust and buying jewery you don't have a clue.
