Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Baytown

I’ve been here three times since they opened. And all three encounters this store have taken super long I couldn’t believe it. I’m more then disappointed with this location honestly. Tonight for instance I ordered at 8:30 I placed an order that had to be made bc they had none ready I was told 10 to 15 minutes. I waited very patiently for 25 minuets and asked if it would be ready no one knew where my pizzas were at. I waited again they said 10 more minuets I said ok bc it would be fresh. I went back and again no one knew where my order was at. Not only did they not make two of my pizza’s one was already ready out getting cold. I’ve worked at little Caesars before I’ve worked at a dominos I’ve worked at a Cici before please don’t not give me an answer and ignore your customers if you F up on the order man up and apologized give them what they want even give them something extra. Not only did they not do any of this stuff they didn’t wanna re fund my money when I asked for it not one manager wanted to help me!!! Everyone was looking at each other like who’s going to get this one. So you could get a better picture they had a total of 11 or so people in there and all they did is ignore me. These ppl don’t know what their doing these ppl don’t have customers service skills ppl shouldn’t be working here a waste of my time I swear I’m super upset the manager couldn’t even look me in the eye and give me an explanation on what happened to my order not even an apology I was handed my money that was it. Please don’t waste your time go to the other little caesars in Baytown. Don’t waste your time. Don’t go to the little caesars on Garth IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!! I would give negative but isn't an option. I arrived at Little Caesars at about 8:20PM. I ordered hot and ready Cheese,Peparoni and 5 meat.., order crazy cheese bread. The lady taking order told me they had the meat one and cheese one but would be appropriate 8 min for Peparoni and bread. I paid and waited. I went to get pizza when the lady took two pizzas off back counter and said they weren't finished order would be 2 min for bread. She placed pizzas back on table. After waiting till 8:30 I watched as others came and left with up to 10 pizzas ( I counted many). I approached counter asking what was the problem my 2 pizzas on back table and bread had been sitting on table now for at least 3-5 min. The Hispanic girl said I'm getting bread. She went prepared my bread and boxed laying it on counter never giving it to me. Once again I asked what's the problem? The girl that took order went behind and showed pizza (5 meat out of warmer) to another girl and the other girl started she wouldn't serve. The lady told me it had only been in warmer 10 min. I took b pizza and left. First of all what a lie that meat pizza was in the warmer when we walked in and at 8:45 she claimed 10 min. Second my pizza day on back counter instead of being placed in warmer till all food ready. When the girl have me pizza the lady in the back told her to give me order of bread sticks to get me out door. The pizza had to be rewarmed once home because not kept warm while things being done to complete order. I feel a manager needs to make this right. Managers running the shift need to be held accountable this was very unacceptable. I understand big orders are important but when small orders come first they should be dealt with first. I wish I didn't have to give them 1 star because they didn't even deserve that. I had a call-in order that was never made. I was lied to by the cashier several times saying that my order was in the oven when it was never made. The cashiers were ignoring customers. People were literally standing outside waiting to place an order. The one cashier that was working would consistently walk away from the register with people still in line. She was walking away to talk to other employees. She asked her manager for change and her manager replied with "Are you sure this is all the change you need because I am not coming back up here anymore." After 30 minutes, I asked the cashier who had told me that my order was coming up if I could get my money back. She immediately got an attitude and told me that I would have to wait. And once again I asked about my order, and she had no clue if it had even been made. I finally told her to just give me 2 pizzas in which she tried to charge me more. I was never apologized to nor was anyone trying to rectify the situation. Their attitudes were unacceptable and I will not be returning.
