Came in the store with my family to shop, manger screamed at one of my kids “Don’t open the boxes “ This is a resale bin store of returns goods I don’t understand why customers are not allowed to open and check the merchandise that they are interested on purchasing. Employees don’t have any name tags nor the identity of they are employees not any kind of uniforms or at least a name tag or uniform t shirts. The store is extremely dirty the bathrooms were closed to the public. Nothing like any other stores under the same name. I will be filing a civil complaint against this store after being refused services the manager will not identify her self nor provide a superiors contact information. She called the police department while I was standing next to her and made up a complete untrue statement. I’ve waited for the police to show they never did. While I have all the incident recorded. People be aware of this location and their practices they have zero customer service skills. Once I file a legal complaint I will seek termination of business operations on this location for not following basic procedures like employees identification, building maintenance and permits followed by inspections since the restrooms facilities were not open for the public. Read moreIf you're going to have chairs in your store and don't want people to sit in them, out up a sign. My son sat in one of your gaming chairs and tried to see how it reclines and the lever didn't work and when he went to recline it it just feels backwards. Instead of seeing if my son was alright after he feel, the worker from a distance said we couldn't sit in the chairs. He wasn't playing around, the chair just didn't work properly. maybe check on your customer when they fall instead of telling them not to test a faulty product.
Edit: we don't buy clothing from your store z we hardly buy anything from your store as we don't wear XXL - XXXL clothing. Read moreI purchased a freezer that was assured to me to be working. When I got it home and waited for several days to plug it in (because it was put on its side during transport) it turned on and got cold but then turned itself back off. I tried several things as recommended on Google searches but alas it will not stay on. I called to see if I could return or exchange the item and the manager wouldn't even speak to me on the phone. The young lady i spoke to was super sweet but the manager is obviously crap. Learned my lesson. Just another greedy business that doesn't care about their community. I get policy but at least take a minute to speak with people. And don't sell broken items guaranteeing they work. Will not purchase...
