Iām leaving two stars ONLY because when I pick up my prescription the staff is usually very nice. HOWEVER, calling them is next to IMPOSSIBLE. This has been a problem for years. Instead of leaving it on the automatic Walgreens hold, where it reminds them Iām calling, they pick up the phone, SAY NOTHING, and then put you on their own hold where they forget about you. Wanna know how I know itās not because they donāt have time? Because if I call from a second phone, theyāll always pick up one of the calls, either the one on hold or the one I just called from. If I donāt have access to another phone to do this, there was one time a while ago where I wanted to test and see how long theyād keep me there. I hung up after 45 minutes. I also share the same problem many of the other people here have, where I have to basically pull teeth to get my prescriptions filled. I call to make sure theyāre filling it, and they say they have to order it and itāll be filled on a specific day. I call that day and get told again that they need to order itā¦ā¦ā¦. And I have to wait 3 or more days AGAIN. Then I call again a few days later and repeat the process until someone who actually cares is finally there to answer. You canāt play around with peopleās medications like this. Iāve been having these problems here for years, and frankly Iām very tired of it. Itās become easier to get my medicines transferred to 2 different pharmacies 30 minutes in opposite directions, and pick them up from those locations. I donāt want to be upset, but itās really difficult not to be when both my physical health and brain chemistry are constantly being messed with. Someone needs to crack down on these things before someone else needing a lifesaving medication doesnāt get it and ends up seriously ill or someone on mental health medication has a mental breakdown and ends up doing something dangerous. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis Walgreens always messes up my medicine order. They say they are filling my medicine and even give me a time and day for pick up and then it is not ready at that time. So I return home, and then for a couple days have to call to remind them they promised to fill my orders. Often then it is past due when I should have my meds (it can take them a week sometimes to fill something after the date and time they said it would be filled -- and this is with AUTO REFILL, that they keep signing me up for without asking, but it actually makes it LESS likely they will fill the RX than if I submit it myself). They lied to me and said I could not get a generic 30 day supply of one of my medications so they charged me the brand name rate. They say drugs are on back order and according to the Warrenton Walgreens, they are not. Some times I am on hold trying to reach them for 30+ minutes and one of the times I drove over while waiting on hold to find no customers there, phones ringing non stop, and the employees chatting. WHAT the heck is happening over there?! These are people's lives and health they are playing with. I can't imagine being an elderly, hard of hearing, mobility or technology impaired person trying to deal with...

Absolutely horrible. I understand Ritalin is in short supply, but having to wait for 2 weeks to get medication is absurd. I have to check the order daily or I might miss that it gets kicked back in the system and appears unordered. The final blow that is causing me to go elsewhere is unheard of. I ordered the medication, waited a week, noticed it was kicked back, reordered it and called, medication filled. Husband discovers the next day that the pharmacy filled out a prescription from two months ago that is half the dose. I called them. I explained the situation and was told to call the doctor. Call the doctor? You want me to tell the doctor you filled out an inactive prescription for a controlled substance and ask for more? That's what they told me to do. I am so livid typing this out. We got a new prescription, 5 days ago, to fix the mess, and they still cannot fill...
