I recommend you eat elsewhere. My wife prefers Pizza Hut over the other chains but we are not giving this store our money again. We have ordered pizza for carry-out two times. Both times have been bad experiences. Screw me once, shame on you, screw me twice, shame on me. Both times we had been given a roughly 15 minute wait time. That is fine. The first time we showed up at the 20 minute mark and was told the pizza was not ready yet but they wanted to "confirm my order". 20 more minutes later and it was finally ready. I don't know but I think they didn't even put it in the oven before I got there. Last night we ordered again and went to the Food Lion next door. Pizza for last night, some light grocery shopping for today. This time we showed up 10 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready. The worker at the counter was not at the counter. She was on the phone. After about 5 minutes of being ignored she bothered to look toward the front of the store and told me it would be a few minutes. I watched her closely and in another five minutes I did not see her use the computer back there to place an order. It looked like she was taking a personal call and arguing with someone. When she finally got around to helping me, other patrons had come in. She finally asked my name and she looked in the warmer oven. There was only one pizza in there. She checked the name on that one and then wandered into the back. She came back and said it would be a few more minutes. She asked other patrons their names and then went back to the pizza warmer to look at the one lone box in there. No one ever claimed that one pizza. You'd think after looking at it over and over again she would remember the name on it? No other pizzas ever made it into the warmer oven while I was there. Another patron, another trip to the warmer to look at the one lone box, and another trip into the back. Another 5 minutes goes by and some lady from the back came up and asked me my name. I gave it and she came right back with my COLD pizza. I was hungry and I have an oven at home so I just paid them and left. That is the LAST time they...

Iāve never had anyone who works customer service speak to me in that tone. She was rude & told her employees to āwalk away walk away!ā When I asked to speak to someone. On top of this, once I got home I realized our pizza had pineapple⦠which we didnāt order on our pep & jalapeƱo pizza and itās the one thing Iām allergic to(what are the chances that it ended up on my pizza)! Iāll be avoiding this location⦠and I recommend for everyone else to do the same. They rather have people just stand around and yell at each other than to actually get to work.
