Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

Went to Subway today to get a BLT sub and a chopped salad. First I was told they don’t chop the salad, then after ordering which meat I wanted for my salad and cheese they put it in the toaster which was fine. Then I proceeded to order the rest of my vegetables for the salad which wasn’t much. I just asked for spinach leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, and shredded cheese. The young lady behind the counter proceeded to tell me I already had cheese for my salad and asked if I wanted extra. First, I don’t think I make a salad at home with melted cheese however I said yeah sure extra cheese. She literally sprinkled 15 pieces of shredded cheese over my salad. I said that’s extra cheese? I’m very disappointed! The salad cost me over seven dollars and for them to worry about portions that much when all I was asking for was extra cheese is ridiculous. She didn’t ask me if I wanted any dressing for my salad nor did anybody else so I had to request it. Needless to say I will not be coming back for any more salads. I have been to many subways in the past and not only do they chop your salad leaves for you they also are not that stingy...

This is easily the best Subway I've been to. The service is great, the staff is great, and every time I go there it's a pleasure.

The manager, Mrs Tina, bring such attention to detail, and inspires her employees to do the same, that really sets it apart from not only other subways, but restaurants. I went there, and due to life situations, I hadn't been back in a year. But Miss Tina remembered my sandwich, and the way I had it made. Now THAT is service.

I've been to other subways where simply asking to have a sub made a certain way could spark argument with the staff. Not here. If I want my extra cheese to be put on a meatball sub on both sides of the bread, because that's the way I prefer it, there's no issue, and there's no argument. It is always a pleasure to come here, and this flawless review has been a long time coming, and very well deserved....

I'm sensitive today.. what's wrong with me? Lol.. Where I am during week ( if u know u know) I usually take lunch ,but every so often I get a salad ( when I get lazy and don't bring)yessssss my fault... Anyways salad had macaroni on top today.. I wanted to cry . Can u fix one without,nope. Ok no problem,a coworker said subway ( only this particular one) Will make an allergy free salad ( owner has celiac,same as me) I literally cried in line cause no one cared as this subway did. Not to gluten me. Thank you for not trying to kill me today as my life everyday. I hate this disease just as everyone else does . I hate being I'm this body,trapped in my own skin,my body tries to kill...
