Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Virginia

This place just needs to be shut down all together. I have been there several times in a month and it sucks every time I go in there. Not putting everything in the bag. I spend 4 times a month over $50 each time. Something is always not in the bag. I live 20 minutes away and just work in the next shopping center over. But this last time and I mean it will be the last time, was the rudest service ever. The lady that took my order did not pay attention to my order. I ordered boneless wings and also wanted bone in wings with 2 sides of coleslaw no drink at all. Well she put the boneless wings in as a meal and 2 sides of Cole slaw. Yeah I got all the way home and found boneless wings that wasn’t even the flavor that I asked and 2 coleslaws. Needless to say that we didnt eat that dinner because I had to go back out to a closer restaurant to get dinner. That was money wasted but I do come to realize that if they don’t like you they will screw your order up. There is no way that my order always gets screwed up every time I go there. I am hard of hearing and told them many times to please speak up and after that, my orders have been screwed up. Just close it down already and put something else there. The owner Said don’t care either because he would have corrected the issues and with all the reviews the issue is not corrected at all. I will not go...

I will never go to Popeye's again. I ordered through the drive-thru (which is the most ridiculously inefficient drive-thru I've ever seen). They got my order incorrect and over charged me. When I went back to correct my charge and get my order fixed I was berated and verbally abused by the General Manager named Adel. She accused me of trying to scam Popeye's when I asked for the charge on my card to be corrected. She kept repeating "Stop trying to be smart. You know what you were charged." I had a receipt that said a different total from what I was paid. Logic would dictate that I didn't know what I was charged.

Without even looking into my bag she said that the order was correct and called me a liar. The difference was that I asked for Red Beans n' Rice and was given Fries. She slammed the Rice in front of me and told me to go. The time that elapsed from when I originally got my order to this point was 20 minutes. I asked her to replace the whole order because I shouldn't have to eat cold food because of their mistake. She said "This F#%&ing Guy!" as if I was asking too much for a fresh replacement order. She then berated me more to her employees. I asked for my money back.

I feel bad for the teenagers who work there. Adel is a terrible manager and poor example for them. I hope they do not pick up her awful...

I been here a few times. Every single time I gone I have to wait for the food to be ready which its not an issue. But to wait or 15 minutes for a drive thur order is ridiculous. On top of that I had to go inside to ask for more sauce because they only gave me one with an order I spent over $45 on. The manger said it was .25 cents per sauce. I never been to no Popeyes that charges you for sauce. You would think if they have you waiting that long for an order they shouldn’t be making the experience worse for a customer. He only gave me one extra sauce, and did not even bother to offer the ones that should so called be “free”considering i had an 8 piece family meal with 8 piece nuggets. You would think they’d would have offer that. The customer service from the manager was not great it should have been handled...
