Fairly decent selection. Ranging from chicken, beef, and pork. Raw unseasoned, seasoned, or smoked. With a few oddities such as quail and rabbit. There is also a large selection of various jams, salsas, queso, pickles, and pickled eggs.
Along with a small bakery, breakfasts foods, such as kolaches and burritos. There is also a small coffee shop in the building. However, I'm not sure if they're together or separate.
The only thing is, (although I can not compare as it's my first time in any meat market that isn't a grocery store), the prices seem a bit high. (Again, I can't compare it to any other, and it very well could be good or normal pricing)

Tasted the same as Lloyd's from walmart but for double the price.
