VIP Style — Local services in Beaumont

If I could give less stars I would. The 1st time I visited the store I was greeted and assisted with no problem which I appreciated because it was my 1st time and I had questions so thank you to the cashier for being courteous then. Yesterday I went back WITH a guest to show them and purchase more upon entering the store not only were we stared down the entire time we were not greeted, asked if we needed assistance or anything. Then a Caucasian woman walks in and gets the whole rundown and immediate assistance. Once I noticed I decided I would just get the one pair I needed and leave. Once at the register the owner (lady) said nothing but the price. No engagement no thank you just “Pay and go” essentially. It was extremely rude and I was highly offended at the treatment me and my guest received. We will not be returning and I will encourage the rest of my class that I recommended last week not to patron as we don’t seem like the type of clientele they are looking to service. I called twice, nobody answered. I walk in the store and wasn't even greeted by the lazy clerk preoccupied with his phone. First visited this store a couple months ago and wasn't greeted by the man but just stared at us so we just walked out. Visited yesterday and was greeted by both ladies and they were very nice and helpful. Had to return and exchange the items we bought yesterday (gift, wrong size) and it was super easy and quick to do. Will recommend...
