Edited new experience HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. dropped ring off to be sized. Got email it's ready come to pick up and they have LOST my ring. I got documentation n left. About 40 min later called and said found it. I come back to pick up and I asked Felicia how long I'd be waiting as I already been standing 10 min and done been here once today. She said she will get to me when she gets to me. I left. I'll come back when I have hours to waste!!! 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND
