Design Plus — Local services in Beaver Dam

I contacted this business 3 weeks before needing our shirts printed for an event to provide ample time for them to get everything ready and printed. Our logo was hand drawn which cause some issues with the printer, so I reworked the logo to be digitalized with solid colors for them. In that process they asked me to vectorized the images as well. Not familiar with that process I did my best and sent in parts of the logo saved in different formats to figure out the correct process in my end of saving the images. Once they confirmed that I vectorized the image correctly, I sent the logo broken down into four big parts along with the original hand drawn image for them to utilize in placing the chunks of the image together correctly and print. During this process I kept asking whether or not they still could finish the order, which they said they had budgeted the time for it and there would be no problem.

1 week before my event I was sent an email saying they no longer wished to complete the project. Not a phone call.... Just an informal email saying that it was too much work since the logo was pencil drawn artwork, which I know I converted to solid colors and sent multiple saved versions to make sure they would get the right file. I showed up to the store the next day and was told I was wasting their time and they had no interest in working together any longer.

I am very disappointed and frustrated with this situation. I am very knowledgable with high end editing software and a quick learner when it comes to Photoshop and Illustrator.
