Drafthouse Pizza — Restaurant in Beaver Dam

So glad this place opened up! I wasn't sure what to expect, but now I'm a fan. As soon as I saw the drink/beer selection, I was a happy camper. Ciders AND Sours?! Thank you very much. Personally, I think Drafthouse has the best drink selection in town now. We brought our rambunctious toddler in for dinner. My partner got pizza, and I had to try the Panzoti (because it seems to be their thing). In layman's terms, the Panzoti is like a calzone, but better. I just got the cheese one, but it was addictive and delicious. The crust is like a slightly sweet pastry mixed with a cheese curd batter. The cheese is legit. There's a slightly sweet tomato sauce as well. It just works. It reminds me of these cudighi sandwiches you can get up in the U.P. minus the sausage. So good! The pizza was a pretty good deal for the price, and our waitress was really sweet and accommodating. I think they're doing a great job so far. Give them a try, and like another reviewer said - they're still new, so give them some time to work out the kinks.

ETA: Came back for more pizza and to try their panzoti bites dessert, which is like funnel cakes meets cherry pie. Big portion (great to split) - delicious! I can't understand the negative reviews at all. The food is solid and reasonably...

Just tried it for the first time. Placed an online order, showed up right when I was told our 2 pizzas would be ready. (20 minutes after we ordered) The person at the counter didn't appear to have any knowledge of our order, then asked if I placed it online. I affirmed that we did. She went to the kitchen, came back and said "they're just finishing your order." I waited....and waited...and waited. She went back to the kitchen again returned and said "it'll just be a couple more minutes." I waited...and waited...finally, someone from the kitchen brought out our two pizzas, after I sat there for almost another 20 minutes. It appeared as though no one saw our order and they just started it when I showed up. Oh well, not the end of the world, but I would have appreciated some acknowledgement of my long wait. As for the pizza, we weren't that impressed. Average at best and I will likely go back to my local favorites next time. (I do hope you succeed, but the quality wasn't the best and this...

Placed an order for pick up got there on time and was told it would be 10 more minutes! Really? Someone places in order for pick up it should be done when they come to get it not 10 minutes later and instead of offering a soda while we wait how about you offer a discount on the food. It seems that this place likes to change the menu change their hours and their service just keeps going downhill. Just saw the original response, to say that I was speechless is an understatement! People have lives and do things according, an extra 10 minutes might not be a lot to some but to others it is! After seeing the original response I will have to think long and hard if I will ever step foot in this place again! As you can see they edited their response a day ago. Hopefully they can’t...
