UPDATE: In response to the reply from the owner regarding my review! Let me cover the specifics from my phone conversation since you are misrepresenting what was said on the phone.

Yes I was told that this company has 15k costumes. Now it's again been told to me in writing. Congrats!

The conversation on the phone regarding the 15k was to let me know that there is no way she would ever put pictures up of the costumes because she has 15k costumes and that would take years. I just sat there silently and let her ramble on and on. I didn't even ask why no pics, she cut me off assuming I was headed down that path.

No mention of any FY19 project to improve the site. Only that she was busy and the site is no help and never will be since it would take so long to add pictures. Again didn't care really just wanted to ask other questions but again I was completely derailed by this subject matter.

If you think organizing a few words as a reply to my review will somehow discredit my complaint you are mistaken. My reviews are honest and as I say always based on my own experience. Feel free to check my average review. It is not my policy to give poor reviews but it is my responsibility to be helpful and honest.

In my opinion just be nice, like the young man who called me back after they read my review. I believe his name was Brian. Give him a raise and let him do the customer service. He answered easily the few questions I had and we went about our day. I am sorry this young man had to probably once again come to the rescue. Great Job Brian, (hope your name was Brian)

10 stars. Wow. Exceeded my expectations. I came here out of "desperation" for help finding something for a "1930s Hollywood Glamour" themed murder mystery. I had no confidence in being able to pick anything myself. Sandy was incredibly welcoming and supportive. She helped me understand different options, asking/considering about comfort even "indoor or outdoor, temps are expected in the 100s!". She guided with a few initial options, absolutely did NOT push anything. When I wasn't finding a vest that I liked, she went away and brought out another box with options. Walla! I am outfitted and ready to go, and it didn't break the bank. Sandy is great! you gotta stop by here for theme parties, Halloween, Cosplay, etc. Costumes, hats, [bow]ties, masks, props, makeup ( They'll definitely you pick what you want/don't want to put together.

Give it a stop... even if you're just int he area. Stop in and...

I came looking for a halloween costume that I know no none else would have. They have a huge selection of costumes from all genres that you can rent. They have plenty of accessories and shoes. The customer service was awesome. I think I was being helped by the owner who was so helpful in helping me pick out a costume. They have traditional, fun, sexy, you. They are used so be sure to notice any wear and tear before renting. The prices are decent, could be a little lower, but decent considering I don't have to buy a new costume.
